هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي درجة ممارسة عمداء كليات الصيدلة في الجامعات الأردنية للقيادة الإبداعية وعلاقتها بمستوى دعمهم للإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية من حملة درجة الدكتوراه في قسم الجامعات الأردنية، والبالغ عددهم 205 أعضاء، منهم 130 ذكرا و75 أنثى، وأما عينة الدراسة فتكونت من 151 عضوا. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانتين، تقيس الأولى درجة ممارسة عمداء كليات الصيدلة في الجامعات الأردنية للقيادة الإبداعية، وعدد فقراتها 47 فقرة، وتقيس الثانية مستوى دعم عمداء كليات الصيدلة للإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وعدد فقراتها 20 فقرة. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: إن درجة ممارسة عمداء كليات الصيدلة في الجامعات الأردنية للقيادة الإبداعية كانت مرتفعة في ثلاثة مجالات وهي: (الاتصالات، والقابلية للتغيير، والمقدرة على حل المشكلات)، ومتوسطة في مجالين هما: (روح المجازفة، وتشجيع الإبداع)، وإن مستوى دعم الإنتاجية العلمية في كليات الصيدلة في الجامعات الأردنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس كان متوسطا، وليس هناك فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة عمداء كليات الصيدلة في الجامعات الأردنية للقيادة الإبداعية تبعا لمتغيرات: الرتبة الأكاديمية، والنوع الاجتماعي، ووجود فروق فيها تبعا لمتغير نوع الجامعة ولصالح الجامعات الخاصة. وبيّنت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى دعم عمداء كليات الصيدلة للإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس تبعا لمتغيرات: الرتبة الأكاديمية، والنوع الاجتماعي، ووجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية فيها تبعا لمتغير الجامعة ولصالح الجامعات الخاصة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين درجة ممارسة عمداء كليات الصيدلة في الجامعات الأردنية للقيادة الإبداعية ومستوى دعمهم للإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس. وبناء على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، فقد أوصى الباحثان بعدد من التوصيات. This study aimed to investigate the degree of Pharmacy deans’ practice of creative leadership at Jordanian universities’ and its relation with the level of supporting scientific productivity of faculty members. Population of the study consisted of 205 members, and the study sample consisted of 151 members. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers developed two tools: the first related to creative leadership consisted of 47 items, and the second one related to the scientific productivity consisted of 20 items. Findings of the study revealed that: The degree level of pharmacy deans’ practice of creative leadership at Jordanian universities’ was at high level at three dimensions (communications, and ability to change, and capacity for problem solving), while it was at moderate level at two dimensions (spirit of risk taking, and creativity encouragement), and the supporting level of scientific productivity for faculty members was moderately level, and there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables: academic rank, and gender, whereas statistically significant differences due to the variable type of university, and in favor to private universities. Results showed no statistically significant differences in their supporting level for scientific productivity for faculty members due to the variables: academic rank, and gender, but there is a statistically significant differences in their supporting level for scientific productivity at Jordanian universities due to the variable (type of university he works at), and in favor to private universities. Results showed also the existence of a positive correlation between degree of faculties of pharmacy deans’ practice creative leadership and their supporting level for scientific productivity of faculty members at Jordanian universities. Based on the findings of the study results, the researchers recommended some recommendations. (Published abstract)
