هدفت الدراسة إلى تنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة الأقصى بغزة وفق استراتيجية مقترحة، بوضع قائمة بالكفايات التكنولوجية اللازمة، لدى الهيئة التدريسية بكلية التربية في جامعة الأقصى بغزة، والتعرف على درجة توافر ومستوى استخدام الكفايات التكنولوجية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج البنائي الذي يركز على بناء الاستراتيجية المقترحة لتنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة الأقصى بغزة، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي المعتمد على تطبيق استبانة تقيس درجة توافر ومستوى استخدام الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى الهيئة التدريسية ومستوى المعوقات لديهم، وتضمنت خمسة مجالات: كفايات مهارات التعامل مع الحاسوب، كفايات استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية، كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية، كفايات تصميم البرامج التعليمية، معوقات أعضاء هيئة التدريس للكفايات التكنولوجية، وتم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية طبقية ممثلة قدرها 66 عضو هيئة تدريس بكلية التربية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر الكفايات التكنولوجية ضعيفة، وكذلك كان مستوى استخدام الكفايات التكنولوجية ضعيفا، بالإضافة إلى أن مستوى المعوقات كان عاليا، وبينت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة توافر الكفايات التكنولوجية ومدى استخدامهم لها، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تقديرات العينة حول مستوى استخدام الكفايات التكنولوجية ترجع إلى متغير الدرجة العلمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تقديرات العينة حول مستوى استخدام الكفايات التكنولوجية ترجع إلى متغير سنوات الخدمة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وضع استراتيجية مقترحة لتنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة الأقصى بغزة، من أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها هذه الدراسة، الاستفادة من الاستراتيجية المقترحة لتنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية لدى الهيئة التدريسية بكلية التربية في جامعة الأقصى بغزة، والاستفادة من قائمة الكفايات التكنولوجية، ونشرها على الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة الأقصى للاستفادة منها. The study aimed to improving the Technological competences of al-Aqsa University staff according to a suggested strategy, and to recognize the degree of the technological competences availability among the Teaching staff and the level of using them. The study employed the structural approach focusing on building a suggested strategy for improving the technological competences of Staff Members of al-Aqsa University in Gaza. The descriptive approach administering a questionnaire measuring the degree of the technological competences availability among the Teaching staff, the level of using them, and the level of obstacles while using them. The technological competences included five dimensions: computer skills competences, competences of using modern technologies in learning process, electronic learning competences, competences of educational programs designing, Teaching staff obstacles of technological competences. The questionnaire was administered to a stratified random sample consisting of 66 staff Members in the Faculty of Education. The results showed that while the degree of technological competences availability and the level of using such competences were found to be low, the level of the obstacles was high. The study also concluded that there were statistically significant differences between the degree of the technological competences availability and the extent of using them. Additionally, while there were no statistically significant differences between the participants estimates on the level of using technological competences due to scientific degree variable, there were statistically significant differences between their estimates on them due to years of service. Moreover, the study arrived at a strategy improving the technological competences among the Teaching staff in Al-Aqsa University. One of the study recommendations was making use of the suggested strategy and the technological competences list and making Al-Aqsa University Teaching staff aware of that to take advantage of them.
