الخلفية: تعتبر فئة الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات السمعية الخاصة (من الصم وضعاف السمع) ظاهرة لها خصوصيتها مقارنة بسواهم من أفراد الفئات الأخرى، فالأصم أو ضعيف السمع يبدو شخصًا عاديًا في مظهره الخارجي، ونقص قدرته على السمع أو فقدها لا يلفت نظر الآخرين، نحوه مثل غيره من الإعاقات الأخرى مثل الكفيف، فالأصم صامت كما يحتاج الطفل المعوق إلى قدر كبير من الرعاية سواء الصحية أو الاجتماعية أو النفسية أو التربوية أو الثقافية. هذه الرعاية يفضل أن تبدأ في وقت مبكر وذلك بهدف حصر المشكلات التي قد تترتب على الإعاقة في أضيق نطاق. ومن هنا ظهرت فكرة هذه الدراسة حيث تطبيق برنامج يعتمد على طريقة اللفظ المنغم Verbotonal Method على مجموعة من الأطفال ضعاف السمع بهدف زيادة حجم الحصيلة اللغوية ومستوى التواصل اللغوي لديهم بعد تعرضهم للبرنامج لمدة سنة كفترة زمنية. الأهداف: تعرف مدى فاعلية وكفاءة برنامج اللفظ المنغم Verbotonal في تنمية القدرة على التواصل اللغوي للأطفال ضعاف السمع، وتعرف مدى تأثير برنامج اللفظ المنغم على حجم الحصيلة اللغوية للأطفال ضعاف السمع في سن ثلاث سنوات إلى خمس سنوات. تساؤلات الدراسة: ما أثر استخدام برنامج اللفظ المنغم Verbotonal في تنمية القدرة على التواصل اللغوي وحجم الحصيلة اللغوية للأطفال ضعاف السمع؟ الأدوات: إستمارة البيانات الأولية للأطفال ضعاف السمع (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس المستوى الاجتماعي الاقتصادي للأسرة (تعديل عبدالعزيز السيد الشخص، 1995)، إختبار رسم الرجل لجوداف هاريس لقياس الذكاء (تقنين فاطمة حنفي، 1983)، وبرنامج اللفظ المنغم Verbtonal للبروفيسور بيتر جوبرينا، ومقياس الحصيلة اللغوية من سن 3-5 سنوات (إعداد الباحثة) ومقياس التواصل اللغوي من سن 3-5 سنوات (إعداد الباحثة). النتائج: ومن أهم النتائج التي كشفت عنها الدراسة حول مستوى القدرة على التواصل اللغوي وجود فروق بين الأطفال ضعاف السمع بالمجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق برنامج اللفظ المنغم. وجود فروق بين الأطفال ضعاف السمع بالمجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة حول حجم الحصيلة اللغوية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق برنامج اللفظ المنغم. Background: In fact, children with special hearing needs consider a special phenomenon compared to other categories; as a hearing impaired child looks normal except for in his weak or losing of hearing which doesn’t attract the others’ attention such as-other disabilities like blindness Disabled children require more intensive care either in health, social, psychological, educational, or cultural field, that should be early to help restricting problems may result. Here emerges the notion of applying a program counts on verbotonal method on a sample of hearing- impaired children, for the purpose of increasing their vocabulary and linguistic communication post exposure to the program for one whole year. Objectives: Identifying the effectiveness of the Verbtonal program in developing the ability of linguistic communication in children with hearing impairment, and Identify the impact of the Verbtonal program on development of vocabulary size in children with hearing impairment aged (3- 5) year olds. Problem: What is the impact of using a verbotonal program in development of the ability to communicate linguistically and vocabulary size in children with hearing impairment? Tools: Primary Data Form children with mild hearing loss (by researcher), The Family Socio- economic Scale, Man- A- Draw Test, of Goodenough Harris, Verbtonal Program for Professor BeterGuberina, Scale of Linguistic Vocabulary of (3- 5) year olds (by researcher), and Scale of Linguistic Communication of (3- 5) year olds (by researcher). Results: Results of the ability of linguistic communication level reveal differences between children with mild hearing loss of the experimental and the control group, in favor of the experimental group post- application of the Verbtonal program, and results reveal differences exist between children with mild hearing loss of the experimental and the control group, in favor of the experimental group post- application of the Verbtonal program.
