تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي موقع القيم في التعليم الجامعي المفتوح في ظل الانفتاح الثقافي من وجهة نظر المشرفين الأكاديميين في جامعة القدس المفتوحة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 126 مشرفا ومشرفة، في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 2011-2012، في جامعة القدس المفتوحة/ فلسطين. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طورت استبانة وفقا للأدب التربوي، وقد جرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت الدراسة أن استجابات المشرفين الأكاديميين لموقع القيم في التعليم الجامعي المفتوح كان أغلبها بدرجة مرتفعة، ما عدا فقرة واحدة جاءت بدرجة منخفضة وهي، صعوبة تغيير الطالب الجامعي كونه بلغ الرشد في النمو القيمي سلبا أو إيجابا، وكانت أهم الفقرات: يعتبر انتهاج المشرف الأكاديمي للقيم الحميدة مطلبا كونه قدوة لطلابه، وتلاها: يعتبر تقديم نماذج وأمثلة إيجابية من نتائج الالتزام بالقيم الحميدة، ثم: يسهم تعزيز القيم في تحقيق السعادة النفسية للطلبة. وحصل مجال دافع الاهتمام بالقيم في التعليم الجامعي على أعلى متوسط حسابي إذ بلغ 4.41، بينما حصل مجال موقع القيم في التعليم الجامعي المفتوح على أقل متوسط حسابي 3.32. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا وتعزى لمتغير العمر والمؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدارسة بعدد من التوصيات. This study attempts to examine the values position in higher open education in the light of cultural openness from the perspective of the academic supervisors in Al-Quds Open University. The study used a descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of 126 supervisors, in the second semester of the academic year 2011/2012, in the Al-Quds Open University / Palestine. To achieve the objectives of the study, questionnaire was developed in accordance with the educational literature, & has been verified its validity and reliability. The study showed that the supervisors' responses for the position of values in higher open education were "high", except for one item "was no way to change the majority of the university students because their value (negative or positive) was grown". The most important item was" pursue academic supervisor for the values of being a good role model for his students", followed by "providing models and examples of positive commitment to the good values", and "good values contribute in mental happiness". The most significant domain was "the interest of values in higher education" has 4.41 mean, while the domain "values position in higher open education" has the lowest mean 3.32. The study also showed no statistically significant differences in the following variables: age & educational qualification. In light of these findings, the study came up with a number of recommendations. (Published abstract)
