هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة المشكلات التي تواجهها معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى من المرحلة الأساسية في ضوء تعديل المناهج في محافظة إربد. وهل تختلف هذه المشكلات بحسب الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة عشوائية من معلمات شقشالصفوف الثلاثة الأولى من مديرية إربد الأولى وبلغ عددهن 200 معلمة من حملة درجة الماجستير والبكالوريوس والدبلوم المتوسط من أصل 500 معلمة. وقد استخدمت الباحثتان استبيانا قامتا ببنائه وتم التأكد من صدقه وثباته. تضمن الاستبيان 32 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات: مجال تدريب المعلمات، البيئة الصفية، ومحتوى المنهاج. تم حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية للمشكلات التي تواجهها معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى من وجهة نظرهن، وبعد تحليلي النتائج تبين أن هناك أثرا للمجالات التي تم دراستها على المشكلات التي تواجهها المعلمات. كما تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لمعرفة دور المؤهل العلمي والخبرة على هذه المشكلات. أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 تعزى إلى كل من المؤهل العلمي والخبرة على مشكلات المعلمات. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة أوصت الباحثتان بضرورة أن يشارك المعلم في تعديل المناهج، وأن يكون هناك تدريب للمعلمين على الجانب العملي بعد تعديل المناهج، وأيضا توفير البيئة الصفية المناسبة للتغيرات التي تحدث بعد تعديل المنهج، كما أوصتا بضرورة إطلاع فريق تطوير المناهج على المشاكل التي تواجه العملية التعليمية لأخذها بعين الاعتبار قبل التعديل. The purpose of the present study was to identify the problems facing the female teachers of the first three primary grades in light of the modified textbooks in Irbid according to their view points Governorate and whether such problems vary by experience and educational qualification. The sample consisted of 200 teachers of the first three grade levels holding of the Master, BA and Intermediate Diploma degrees randomly selected of population (N=500). The researchers developed and employed a 32-item questionnaire verified for validity and reliability that covered three areas: teacher training, classroom environment, and textbook content. Means and standard deviations of self-perceived problems facing the first three grade teachers. Having analyzed results, an effect was demonstrated for the problems facing the teachers. Means and standard deviations were also computed to identify the effect of the academic qualification and experience on the problems. Results showed no statistically significant differences at α=0.05 attributed to academic qualification and experience on teacher's problems. In light of earlier results the researchers recommended more teacher participation in textbook change; providing teachers practical training related to textbook change; and offering classroom spaces suitable for the changes taken place. Curricula development team should survey the problems facing the teaching process in field and take them into account in any suggested changes. (Published abstract)
