هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير القائد الرياضي على لاعبي الكرة الطائرة والريشة الطائرة لدى الجامعات الحكومية في إربد، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتصميم استبانة مكونة من 36 فقرة اشتملت فقراتها على صفات القائد الرياضي في التأثير على اللاعبين وتم توزيعهم على أفراد العينة المكونة من 77 طالبا وطالبة بلعبتي الكرة الطائرة والريشة الطائرة، مثلت العينة طلبة جامعة اليرموك، وجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا، وكلية إربد الجامعية- جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية. حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. وقد تضمنت فقرات الاستبيان ثلاثة محاور (المعرفي، الاجتماعي، النفسي). وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية أظهرت النتائج التالية: 1) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على متغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وعلى متغير اللعبة الممارسة لصالح الريشة الطائرة. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على متغير الجامعة ومتغير سنوات الممارسة. 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على المجال النفسي والمعرفي تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للمجال الاجتماعي. 4) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير المجال المعرفي والاجتماعي والنفسي على متغير الجامعة. 5) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغيرات المجال المعرفي والاجتماعي ولم تظهر بالمجال النفسي تبعا لمتغير السنة الدراسية. 6) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع مجالات الدراسة الاجتماعية والنفسي والمعرفي على متغير سنوات الدراسة. إقترح الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها زيادة قدرة القائد الرياضي في التأثير على اللاعبين، ومدى تأثير الصفات القيادية في تفوق اللاعب، وقدرته على جذب الأشخاص في ممارسة اللعبة. وإقامة مجموعة من النشاطات القادرة على احتكاك وجذب اللاعبين لممارسة اللعبة. The aim of the study was to identify the effect level of sports leader on volleyball and badminton players in public universities at Irbid governorate. To achieve the aim of the study, the two researchers developed a 36 items questionnaire containing the main characteristics of sports leaders on influencing players. The questionnaire was administrated to a sample consisting of 77 volleyball and badminton players. The sample was selected randomly from Yarmouk University, Jordan University for science and technology, Irbid University college/ Al Balqa’ applied University. The questionnaire contained three domains: cognitive, social and psychological dimensions. Results of the study indicated: 1) there were significant differences due to gender, for the sake of females and due to type of game, for the sake of badminton. 2) No significant differences were found on the total instrument due to university and years of practicing the game. 3) Significant differences were found in the psychological and psychological domain due to gender, the sake of females, while no gender differences were found in the social domain. 4) Significant differences were found due to university in the cognitive, social and psychological domains. 5) Significant differences were found due to university level in cognitive and social domains, while no differences were found due to university level in psychological domain. 6) No significant differences were found on all study domains (social, cognitive and psychological) due to game years of practice. The researchers recommended the need to promote sports’ leaders ability to influence players and to promote the leadership characteristics able to increase excellence among players and leaders’ ability able attract players. Finally, there is a need for more activities able to attract more players to practice such sports games. (Published abstract)
