هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للعلاقات الإنسانية من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في البادية الشمالية الشرقية بالأردن تبعاً لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (140) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، واستخدام الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم استبانة تحتوي على (40) فقرة موزعة على (7) مجالات، وتم التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للعلاقات الإنسانية جاءت متوسطة، وأكثر المجالات ممارسه هو مجال القدوة الحسنة، وأقلها ممارسة مجال التعاون. كذلك أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05=) تعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج تمّ تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات. The study aimed to identify degree of practice of the educational supervisors of human relationships from the perspective of primary school teachers in the northern eastern educational district in Jordan in the light of the variables of gender, academic qualifications and experience, The study sample consisted of (140) teachers who were selected randomly. The researchers used the descriptive method in this study, using a questionnaire which consisted of (40) items divided into seven domains. The validity and reliability were checked. The findings of the study showed that the practice degree of educational supervisors of human relationships on the total score had come to a medium degree, and the mostly practiced area is the good example and the least of these were the practice of cooperation, The study also showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) due to the variables of gender, academic qualifications and experience.
