تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى الكشف عن دور الإدارة المدرسية في إيجاد بيئة مدرسية شائقة في مدارس فلسطين من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات فيها- محافظة سلفيت أنموذجا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والتحقق من صحة فرضيات الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المتضمن برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، والمتوسطات الحسابية وتحليل التباين الاحادي (ANOVA) واختبار ت، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 233 معلما ومعلمة بنسبة 20% من مجتمع الدراسة الذين وزعت عليهم استبانة لجمع البيانات اللازمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: 1) يوجد دور كبير للإدارة المدرسية في خلق بيئة مدرسية شائقة في مدارس محافظة سلفيت من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات فيها، كما يوجد لها دور كبير يُعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، مكان السكن، المؤهل العلمي، مستوى الدخل، سنوات الخدمة) عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α≤0.05). 2) لا يوجد دور للإدارة المدرسية في إيجاد بيئة مدرسية شائقة في مدارس محافظة سلفيت من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات فيها يعزى لمتغيرات (العمر، المرحلة الدراسية) عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α≤0.05) .وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، فقد أوصى الباحث بتنظيم ورشات عمل وعقد ندوات في المدارس حول مفاهيم إدارة الصف الحديثة والتعامل مع الطلبة في المدرسة وأهمية التواصل بين الإدارة المدرسية والمعلمين من جهة وبين أولياء أمور الطلبة من جهة أخرى، وتشجيع الطلبة على تنظيم نشاطات مشتركة تجمع بين الطلبة والمعلمين وإدارة المدرسة. This study aimed to investigate the role of schools’ administration in creating attractive scholastic environment in the schools of Palestine from the teachers’ viewpoint - Salfeet Governorate a model. To test the study hypothesis, the researcher used the analytical descriptive methodology including statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), arithmetic averages, one way variable analysis (ANOVA) and t- test. In order to collect the necessary information, a questionnaire was distributed on the sample which was 233 teachers and formed 20% of the study society. The study revealed the following: 1) There is a large role of schools’ administration in creating attractive scholastic environment in the schools of Salfeet Governorate from the teachers’ viewpoint and it has a large role due to the variables (sex, place of residence, scientific qualification, salary, experience) at statistical level (α≤0.05). There is no role for schools’ administration in creating attractive scholastic environment in the schools of Salfeet Governorate from the teachers’ viewpoint due to the variables (age, academic stage) at statistical level (α≤0.05) .In the light of the study results, the researcher recommends: Urging schools’ administration to hold workshops, symposium related to modern classroom management, effective methods to achieve discipline and to deal with students in and out of classroom and the importance of communications between schools’ administration and parents of students. Urging the students to engage in common activities between students, teachers and schools’ administration. (Published Abstract)
