يهدف البحث الى الكشف عن جودة التدريس المختبري وفقاً لمستوى تطبيق ركائز المختبرات العلمية بين كليتي التربية والعلوم بجامعة الموصل والمقارنة بينهما، وتألف مجتمع البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين يدرسون في مختبرات )الكيمياء، علوم الحياة، الفيزياء( في الكليتين المذكورتين، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالأسلوب العشوائي البسيط وتألفت من )60 (تدريسي وتدريسية. تم إعداد أدوات البحث والتحقق من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم تطبيقها على عينة البحث، كما استخدمت وسائل إحصائية مناسبة في تحليل بيانات البحث منها درجة الحدة والوزن النسبي، واختبار (t-test) لعينتين مستقلتين، وتم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1. أن تطبيق ركائز المختبرات العلمية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليتي التربية والعلوم كان بمستوى متوسط. 2. وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 (بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليتي التربية والعلوم في تطبيق ركائز المختبرات العلمية لضمان جودة التدريس المختبري ولصالح الإناث. 3. وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليتي التربية والعلوم في تطبيق ركائز المختبرات العلمية لضمان جودة التدريس المختبري ولصالح كلية العلوم. 4. وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليتي التربية والعلوم في تطبيق ركائز المختبرات العلمية لضمان جودة التدريس المختبري ولصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين لديهم خدمة في المختبر أكثر من (10) سنوات. واستناداً لنتائج البحث قدم الباحث عدداً من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.(ملخص المؤلف)

This research aims to identify the level of application of the crutches of scientific laboratories with faculties of education and science college, and consisted of the research community from all faculty who are studying in the labs (Chemistry, Biology, Physics) in this college, the research sample was selected style Simple random, and consisted of (60) teaching . The Researcher has preparation of research tools and verification of the validity of the test, and has been applied to the research sample, as used means of appropriate statistical analysis of research data, including test (t-test) for the two samples separate, the link has been a number of results, as follows: 1. That the application of the crutches of the scientific laboratories faculties of education and science was the level of application of the average. 2. There were significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between faculties of education and science with regard to their implementation of the crutches of scientific laboratories to ensure quality teaching laboratory stage of university education in favor of females. 3. There were significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between faculties of education and science with regard to their implementation of the crutches of scientific laboratories to ensure quality teaching laboratory stage of university education and for the Faculty of Science. 4. There were significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between faculties of Education and Science regarding their implementation of the crutches of scientific laboratories to ensure quality teaching laboratory stage of university education and for group teaching staff in the Faculties of Education and Science who have a service in the teaching laboratory more than (10) years in the laboratories of (chemistry, Biology, physics). Finally, the researcher obtained a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals on the subject of research. (Author's abstract)
