يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن مساهمة تفاعل كل من الجنوسة والسن والمستوى الدراسي والتخصص في التنبؤ بواقع التكوين والإصلاحات التربوية لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط المتكونين، حيث بلغ عددهم (170) متكونة و متكونا. ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمدنا المنهج العلمي الذي يرتكز على التحليل الإحصائي لمعطيات البحث حيث تم تطبيق استبانة من إعداد الباحث وبعد تحليل المعطيات دلت نتائج البحث على مساهمة التخصص في التنبؤ بواقع التكوين بقيمة بيتا قدرها (0.21)، ومساهمة أيضاً السن بقيمة بيتا المعيارية (0.14)، كما أشارت النتائج أيضا على عدم مساهمة المتغيرات المستقلة: الجنوسة والمستوى التعليمي والتخصص في التنبؤ بواقع الإصلاحات التربوية. The current research aims to reveal the contribution of the interaction of gender, age, academic level and specialization in predicting the reality of training and educational reforms among a sample of trained middle school teachers, whose number reached 170. In order to achieve this goal, we adopted the scientific approach based on the statistical analysis of the research data, where a questionnaire prepared by the researcher was applied. After analyzing the data, the research results indicated the contribution of specialization in predicting the reality of training with a Beta value of (0.21), also the contribution of age with a standard Beat value of (0.14). The results also indicated that the independent variables: gender, academic level and specialization did not contribute in predicting the reality of educational reforms. (Published abstract)
