هدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى واقع ممارسة معلمي الصفوف الأولية لمهارات التفكير الإبداعي من وجهة نظر المشرفيين التربويين بمدينة تبوك. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، لوصف متغيرات البحث وبناء أداة جمع البيانات؛ حيث بنيت بطاقة الملاحظة التي تكونت من قسمين، القسم الأول معلومات عامة عن المبحوثين و القسم الثاني تضمن (30) مفردة للسلوك الملخص للمهارة، على ثلاثة محاور: المحور الأول: الطلاقة، المحور الثاني: المرونة، المحور الثالث: الأصالة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (41) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي الصفوف الأولية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية؛ حيث تم تطبيق الأداة بطريقة إلكترونية. وبينت نتائج البحث ما يلي: 1) أن واقع ممارسة معلمي الصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين كانت ممارسة (عالية) لمهارات التفكير الإبداعي ككل وكل محور على حده وهي على النحو التالي: 1) الأصالة بمتوسط بلغ (2,64). 2) يليها المرونة بمتوسط بلغ (2,60). 3) يليها الطلاقة بمتوسط بلغ (2,58). عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائي (0.05) تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، عدد الدورات التدريبية)، وذلك في استجابة عينة البحث ككل، وفي كل محور على حدة. كما أوصى البحث: 1) عقد الدورات التدريبية لمعلمي الصفوف الأولية، وذلك لتدريبهم على استخدام كل ما هو جديد في مجال التفكير الإبداعي. The current research aim of the current research is to identify the reality of the practice of creative thinking skills by primary grade teachers from the point of view of educational supervisors in Tabuk city. The research depends on the descriptive analytical approach to describe the research variables and build a data collection tool; Where the observation card was built, which consisted of three sections; the first section is general information about the Sample of research, the second section, is(30) items for the summary behavior of the skill, on three axes: the first axis: fluency, the second axis: flexibility, the third axis: originality, and the research sample consisted of (41) teachers from the primary classes were chosen randomly; Where the tool was applied electronically. The search results showed the following: 1) The reality of the practice of primary school teachers from the point of view of educational supervisors was a (high) practice of creative thinking skills as a whole and each axis separately, which are as follows: 1) Authenticity with an average of (2,64). 2) Followed by flexibility with an average of (2,60). 3) Followed by fluency with an average of (2,58). There are no statistically significant differences at the statistical significance level (0.05) due to the variable (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, number of training courses), in the response of the research sample as a whole, and in each axis separately. Research also recommended: Holding training courses for primary grade teachers, in order to train them to use all that is new in the field of creative thinking. (Published abstract)
