هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع التحولات التربوية لطلبة المرحلة الأساسية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس في لواء قصبة أربد. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي من خلال إعداد أداة الدراسة وهي المقابلة وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (25) مديرا ومديرة في لواء قصبة أربد، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها انحصار العلاقات التربوية وتحولها من النظام المدرسي بعناصره إلى النظام المنزلي بعناصره، انتقال عملية التلقي بالسلطة التربوية من الإداريين والمعلمين في المدرسة إلى الأهل في المنزل، إلغاء دور المدير والمعلم كعملية تعليمية وانتقالها إلى المنصات التعليمية التي جاءت خلال جائحة كورونا، زيادة العبء التعليمي والمتابعة حيث أصبحت مرتبطة بنسبة عالية جدا تقدر ب (75%) على الطالب نفسه وأبويه، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث العديد من التوصيات بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث المتعلقة بالواقع التربوي وتحولاته في ظل جائحة كورونا على مراحل عمرية وتعليمية أخرى، وضرورة التفكير بحلول لمشاكل الطلبة الناتجة عن انحصارهم في المنصات التعليمية وعدم اختلاطهم مع أقرانهم. The study aimed to identify the reality of educational transformations for basic stage students in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of school principals in the Irbid district. (25) male and female principals in Qasaba Irbid District, and they were chosen by a simple random method, and the study reached results, including the restriction of educational relations and their transformation from the school system with its elements to the home system with its elements, the transfer of the process of receiving the educational authority from the administrators and teachers in the school to the parents at home. The abolition of the role of the principal and the teacher as an educational process and its transfer to the educational platforms that came during the Corona pandemic, an increase in the educational burden and follow-up, as it became linked to a very high rate estimated at (75%) on the student himself and his parents, and in light of the results of the study, the researcher made many recommendations that more measures should be taken. Studies and research related to the educational reality and its transformations in light of the Corona pandemic over other age and educational stages, and the need to think about solutions to students’ problems resulting from regression. They became on educational platforms and did not mix with their peers. (Published abstract)
