هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم التابعة للواء الرمثا. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) معلمة من معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة إلكترونيا. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم التابعة للواء الرمثا جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) حول استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لكل من: المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، والالتحاق بالدورات التدريبية. وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أوصت الدراسة بما يلي: توجيه وزارة التربية والتعليم لتوفير أدلة تعليمية ومواد منهجية مرافقة للمقررات الدراسية لتقوم معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى بتدريسها، وعقد البرامج والورشات التدريبية بما يتعلق بأساليب التدريس الحديثة لا سيما استراتيجيات التعلم النشط والعمل على توفير كل ما يلزم لتطبيقها. The current study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the Directorate of Education of the Ramtha District. The study sample consisted of (200) teachers of the first three grades. The study concluded that the level of difficulties faced by the teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the Directorate of Education affiliated to the Ramtha district came with a high degree. Scientific, years of experience, and enrollment in training courses. In the light of the results reached, the study recommended the following: directing the Ministry of Education to provide educational guides and methodological materials accompanying the curricula for teachers of the first three grades to teach, and holding training programs and workshops regarding modern teaching methods, especially active learning strategies, and working to provide everything required to apply it.
