هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على واقع تفعيل المواد الدستورية في دستور 2014م في إصلاح التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وعلى الاستبانة كأداة الدراسة من أجل وضع بعض الآليات المقترحة لتفعيل دور المواد الدستورية في إصلاح التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر في ضوء دستور 2014م، ومنها: وضع سياسة واضحة المعالم لإصلاح التعليم قبل الجامعي لا تتغير بتغير الأشخاص على كرسي الوزارة، توفير مناهج حديثة تراعي الجوانب المختلفة لشخصية الفرد، إتاحة التدريب المستمر للمعلمين والتقييم الدوري لهم لمعرفة مدى استفادتهم من هذه الدورات، الاهتمام بالبحوث العلمية والمشكلات المجتمعية المعاصرة، توفير الاعتمادات المالية المطلوبة لممارسة الأنشطة التعليمية المختلفة، تفعيل طرق التدريس المختلفة وعدم الاعتماد فقط على أسلوب التلقين في التدريس، غرس القيم الصحيحة التي تساعد الطلاب على إكمال تعليمه العالي واندماجه في المجتمع. This study aimed to identify the reality of activating the constitutional articles in the 2014 constitution in reforming pre-university education in Egypt. In Egypt in light of the 2014 constitution, which include: Establishing a clear policy for reforming pre-university education that does not change with the change of persons in the ministry. Providing modern curricula that take into account the different aspects of the individual’s personality, providing continuous training for teachers and periodic evaluation for them to know the extent to which they benefit from these courses, paying attention to scientific research, and contemporary societal problems, providing the financial funds required to practice various educational activities, activating different teaching methods and not relying solely on the method Indoctrination in teaching, instilling the correct values that help students to complete their higher education, and their integration into society.
