هدف هذا البحث التعرف إلى اتجاهات المعلمين في المدراس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة جدة نحو تطبيق التعلم المدمج، أثناء مرحلة العودة للمدارس بعد جائحة كورونا، والتعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينه طبقا للمتغيرات التالية (العمر، المؤهل العلمي، مستوى اتقان المهارات الرقمية (الحاسب) ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (26) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها من قبل بعض المحكمين من ذوي الاختصاص والخبرة، وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي للإجابة عن أسئلة البحث، وبعد عملية توزيع الاستبانات تم جمعها وبلغت الاستجابات المستلمة بعد حذف غير الصالح منها (150) استجابة صحيحة، تم ترميزها وإدخالها الحاسوب، ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وقد بين البحث أن اتجاهات معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة جدة نحو تطبيق التعلم المدمج أثناء مرحلة العودة للمدارس بعد الجائحة كانت بدرجة متوسطة، كما بين البحث أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينه فيما يتعلق بمتغير المؤهل الدراسي، أما فيما يتعلق بمتغير الخبرة في استخدام الحاسب، فتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة لصالح الذين لديهم خبرة تعليمية عالية في استخدام الحاسوب. وبناء على نتائج هذا البحث فقد أوصى الباحث بتوصيات أهمها: ضرورة العمل على زيادة نشر مفهوم التعلم المدمج في كافة المنشآت والمؤسسات التعليمية، من خلال الدورات والبرامج التدريبية التي يتم اعدادها للعاملين، وذلك لتحقيق أفضل استفادة ممكنه من الموارد البشرية المتاحة. The aim of this research is to identify the attitudes of teachers in government secondary schools in Jeddah Governorate towards the application of blended learning, during the stage of returning to schools after the Corona pandemic, and to identify the differences between the average responses of the sample members according to the following variables (age, educational qualification, digital skills proficiency level (computer). To achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire consisting of (62) items was developed, the validity and reliability of which was confirmed by some arbitrators with expertise and experience. The valid ones were (051) correct responses, which were encoded and entered into the computer, and were statistically processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The research showed that the attitudes of secondary school teachers in Jeddah towards the application of blended learning during the stage of returning to schools after the pandemic were moderate, and the research showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members with regard to the academic qualification variable, and with regard to the experience variable in using the computer, there are differences there is a statistically significant difference between the average responses of the sample members in favor of those who have high educational experience in using the computer. Based on the results of this research, the researcher recommended recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to work on increasing the dissemination of the concept of blended learning in all educational establishments and institutions, through training courses and programs that are prepared for employees, in order to achieve the best possible use of the available human resources.
