هدف البحث الحالي إلي استقصاء فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على التعلم الهجين لتنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية لمعلمي التربية الموسيقية لتدريس الأنشطة الموسيقية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وقد استخدم المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة بالقياسين القبلي والبعدي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (21) معلما للتربية الموسيقية للمرحلة الابتدائية والإعدادية ممن يدرسون في مرحلة الدبلوم الخاصة، تخصص مناهج وطرق تدريس التربية الموسيقية، للعام الدراسي2020-2021، الذين درسوا باستخدام الكفايات التكنولوجية المرتبطة ببرامج (بوربوينت أوفيس 365، زووم Zoom، تيمز Teams، منصة ادمودو Edmodo) باستخدام التعلم الهجين وقد تم تطبيق برنامج الكفايات التكنولوجية أونلاين باستخدام برنامج زووم Zoom ووجها لوجهة في المكتبة المركزية- جامعة طنطا، وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث المتمثلة في: استبانة معوقات تدريس الأنشطة الموسيقية، اختبار التحصيل المعرفي، بطاقة الملاحظة، بطاقة تقييم المنتج. وقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (a ³ 0.05) بين متوسطي درجات معلمي التربية الموسيقية (عينة البحث) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لكل من: اختبار التحصيل المعرفي، وبطاقة الملاحظة، وبطاقة تقييم المنتج- لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية بين درجات اختبار التحصيل المعرفي وبطاقة الملاحظة وبطاقة تقييم المنتج. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصي البحث الحالي بضرورة إعداد وتنفيذ برامج متخصصة لتدريب معلمي التربية الموسيقية على استخدام البرامج التكنولوجية لتدريس الأنشطة الموسيقية. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of a training program based on hybrid learning to develop music teachers’ technological competencies to teach musical activities in Corona pandemic. The one-group experimental method was used, with both pre and post measurements. The research sample consisted of (21) music teachers for the primary and preparatory stages who studying curricula and methodology of music education diploma, for the academic year 2020-2021. Music teachers studied using the technological competencies related to (PowerPoint Office 365, Zoom, Teams, and Edmodo platform) programs using hybrid learning. The technology competencies program has been applied Online using Zoom program and face-to-face at the Central Library - Tanta University. The research tools have been applied: obstacles of teaching music activities questionnaire, cognitive achievement test, observation form, and product evaluation form. The results showed a statistically significant difference at (a ³ 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two applications, pre and post, for the cognitive achievement test, the observation form, and the product evaluation form - in favor of the post application, and a correlation was found between the achievement test scores. In light of the results, the current research recommended the necessity of preparing and implementing specialized programs to train music teachers for using technological programs to teach music activities.
