This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of communication between the school administration and the students' families and its impact on confronting the phenomenon of school bullying, In the schools of Education, Zarqa First Education, and this study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, which depends on collecting data from the study sample of principals and principals of schools affiliated with the Zarqa Education First, using the questionnaire prepared for that. The first results revealed that the arithmetic mean of the effectiveness of communication between the school administration and the students’ parents from the point of view of the principals of Zarqa First Education was (2.45), with a standard deviation of (0.57), with a medium degree, and that all fields came at a medium degree The study recommended the necessity of having a strategic plan for the school administration to confront the phenomenon of school bullying at the beginning of the school year, and the necessity of reviving the open meeting between the school administration and the students’ families on a regular basis.
