هدفت الدراسة إلى وصف وتحليل الإدارة المسؤولة كمدخل لتعزيز القيادة المدرسية المستدامة في مصر، من خلال تحديد الأسس النظرية للإدارة المسؤولة بالمدارس والقيادة المستدامة لها، ووصف وتحليل نماذج بعض الدول في مجال تعزيز القيادة المدرسية المستدامة للمدرسة باستخدام الإدارة المسؤولة، ورصد واقع تعزيز القيادة المدرسية المستدامة في مصر باستخدام مدخل الإدارة المسؤولة، والوصول لمجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتعزيز القيادة المدرسية المستدامة في مصر باستخدام مدخل الإدارة المسؤولة. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث أفاد البحث في وصف وتحليل الإدارة المسؤولة كمدخل لتعزيز القيادة المدرسية المستدامة في مصر، في ضوء الفكر الإداري المعاصر، وتحليل خبرات بعض الدول في مجال تعزيز القيادة المدرسية المستدامة باستخدام الإدارة المسؤولة، وتوصل في نهايته إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة التى من شأنها تعزيز القيادة المدرسية المستدامة في مصر باستخدام مدخل الإدارة المسؤولة. The study aimed to describe and analyze responsible management as an approach for promoting sustainable school leadership in Egypt, by defining the theoretical foundations of responsible management and sustainable leadership in schools, describing and analyzing models of some countries in the field of promoting sustainable school leadership for schools by using responsible management, and monitoring the reality of promoting sustainable school leadership in Egypt using the responsible management approach, and reaching a set of proposed measures to enhance sustainable school leadership in Egypt using the responsible management approach. The research used the descriptive approach, where the research benefited in describing and analyzing responsible administration as an entry point for promoting sustainable school leadership in Egypt, in the light of contemporary administrative thought, and analyzing the experiences of some countries in the field of promoting sustainable school leadership using responsible administration, and at the end of it came a set of suggested actions that It will enhance sustainable school leadership in Egypt using the responsible administration approach.
