The present study aims at comparing reading and writing skills used by Iraqi EFL University Students’ in using Edutainment strategy. The sample of the study consists of 1st year University students at Tikrit University English Department College of education for humanities during the academic year 2019-2020. They are divided into the direct grouping with (30) students and the new grouping with (30) students. The two groups are stable according to specific variables. The researchers use Edutainment strategy. The obtained results have shown that there are statistically significant differences between the achievement of the students in reading and writing in favor of the writing skill. (Published abstract)
