هدف البحث إلى إعداد معايير جودة محتوى كتاب القراءة للصف الخامس من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي (الحلقة الثانية) ، الجزء الأول، ومؤشراتها، في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي (الحلقة الثانية)، ومن ثم تعرف مدى تحقق هذه المعايير، ومؤشراتها، واستخدمت لهذا الغرض قائمة معايير تتكون من سبعة معايير، لكل معيار مؤشرات يدل تحققها على تحقق المعيار التي أدرجت تحته. حول الباحث المؤشرات إلى فئات تحليل كتاب الصف الخامس من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي (الحلقة الثانية)، الجزء الأول. أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن دروس القراءة ينقصها الكثير من المكونات الأساسية مثل: تدني تحقق مستوى القراءة السريعة مع المحافظة على الفهم، ومستوى معرفة خصائص الأسلوب الأدبي معرفة جيدة، ومستوى تذوق جماليات الأعمال الأدبية، والاستمتاع بها، ومستوى معرفة خصائص التعبير البياني في الجملة العربية، وتذوقه، وانعدام تحقق مستوى استخدام الإشارات والملامح المعبرة عن مضمون الحديث، ومستوى معرفة المحسنات بأنواعها، وتذوقها، واستخدامها، ومستوى معرفة خصائص الجملة العربية المعبرة عن المعنى. توصي الدراسة بضرورة إعادة تأليف كتب القراءة وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة، ومؤشراتها. This research aims to decide on a set of standards for measuring the quality assurance of the content of the fifth grade reading textbook for the basic education (part1) and its indicators. It also aims to find out the extent to which these standards and indicators are realized. For this purpose, a list of seven standard were used. For each standard, there are several indicators which refer to the existence of the standard. The researcher put the indicators into categories to analyze the fifth grade reading textbook for basic education. The analysis showed the lack of basic elements such as: the low level of fast reading and good comprehension, knowledge of the literary style, level of aesthetic appreciation of literature, knowledge of eloquence of Arabic sentences such as expressions, metaphors and idioms, knowledge of the use of gestures and verbal expression for expressing the meaningful content of sentences. The research advocates the necessity for rewriting the textbooks of raiding according to quality assurance standards. (Published abstract)
