تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة التحويلية في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة سكيكدة، ولتحقيق الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستخدمة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين البالغ عددهم 24 عاملاً، حيث تم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من 15 مكتبياً. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: تمتع القيادة الإدارية للمكتبة المركزية بجامعة سكيكدة ببعض أبعاد القيادة التحويلية، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أبعاد القيادة التحويلية وبين تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة وبناءاً على هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة التوصيات المناسبة. The objective of this study is to identify the role of transformative leadership in implementing global quality management in central library of Skikda University. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method, as well as the questionnaire which was used as a key tool for data collection. The study community consisted of 24 central library staff, from whom a purposive sample of 15 librarians was selected. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the administrative management staff of the central library in Skikda university enjoys some of the transformative leadership dimensions, in addition to a somewhat positive relationship between the dimensions of transformative leadership and the application of global quality management, the study also made some recommendations that serve its objectives. L’objectif de cette étude est d’identifier le rôle du leadership transformateur dans la mise en œuvre d’une gestion total de la qualité dans la bibliothèque centrale de l’universitaire de Skikda. Pour atteindre cet objectif, l’étude a adopté la méthode analytique descriptive, ainsi que le questionnaire utilisé comme outil pour la collecte de données. Quant à la communauté d’étude, elle était composée de 24 employés, parmi lesquelles on a sélectionné un échantillon choisi à dessein composé de 15 bibliothécaires. L’étude est parvenue à un certain nombre de résultats, dont les plus importants sont: La direction administrative de la bibliothèque centrale de l’Université de Skikda jouit de certaines des dimensions de la direction transformatrice, en plus d’une relation quelque peu positive entre les dimensions du leadership transformateur et l’application d’une gestion total de la qualité; l’étude a par ailleurs formulé certaines recommandations qui servent ses objectifs.
