هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف تأثير برنامج في الكفايات التكنولوجية قائم على كائنات التعلم الرقمية لتنمية مهارات إنتاجها واستخدامها في تدريس مادة الجغرافيا لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (40) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الدبلوم العام تخصص جغرافيا للعام الدراسي 2019-2020، واستخدم التصميم التجريبي الذي يعتمد على مجموعة واحدة بقياس قبلي وبعدي، وتم إعداد قائمة بمهارات إنتاج واستخدام كائنات التعلم الرقمية وإعداد قائمة بالكفايات التكنولوجية الواجب تنميتها لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام تخصص جغرافيا، ثم بناء المحتوى العلمي في ضوء قائمة المهارات والكفايات التكنولوجية السابق تحديدها، ثم تصميم كائنات التعلم لتضمين المحتوى العلمي بها وإعداد دليل لاستخدام كائنات التعلم الرقمية ورفعه ببيئة التعلم، ثم تم بناء أدوات البحث المتمثلة في اختبار تحصيلي وبطاقة تقييم منتج، وطبق الاختبار التحصيلي على مجموعة البحث قبليا ثم تم إجراء تجربة البحث وتم تطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة تقييم المنتج بعديا، وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي عند مستوى دلالة (0.001) لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أشارت نتائج الطلاب في بطاقة تقييم المنتج إلى وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمحك 80% في نتائج تطبيق بطاقة تقييم المنتج لمهارات إنتاج كائنات التعلم الرقمية ككل وعند كل مهارة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وهذا يؤكد فعالية البرنامج في تنمية مهارات إنتاج واستخدام كائنات التعلم الرقمية في تدريس مادة الجغرافيا لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام، وجاءت توصيات البحث تؤكد على ضرورة تنمية الكفايات التكنولوجية اللازمة لتدريس الجغرافيا باستخدام التطبيقات الحديثة لتكنولوجيا التعليم وخاصة كائنات التعلم الرقمية لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام لمواكبة مستجدات العصر ومتطلباته. The aim of the current research is to identify the effect of a program in technological competencies based on digital learning objects to develop their production skills and use them in teaching geography for general diploma students. The research group consisted of (40) male and female students of general diploma specializing geographically for the academic year 2019-2020 and used Experimental design that depends on one group before and after measurement. A list of skills for producing and using digital learning objects was prepared and a list of technological competencies to be developed for general diploma students geographically allocated. Then building the scientific content in the light of the list of skills and technological competencies previously identified, then designing the learning objects to include the scientific content in it and preparing a guide for using digital learning objects and raising it in the learning environment, then the research tools consisting of an achievement test and a product evaluation card were built, and the achievement test was applied to the research group prior to that, the research experiment was conducted, and the achievement test and the product evaluation card were applied afterwards. The results confirmed that there were statistically significant differences between the average student scores in the pre and post application of the achievement test at the significance level (0.001) in favor of the application Uday, The results of the students in the product evaluation card indicated that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group and the criterion 80% in the results of applying the product evaluation card to the production skills of digital learning objects as a whole and each skill in favor of the experimental group, and this confirms the effectiveness of the program in developing production and use skills digital learning objects in teaching geography for general diploma students, and the recommendations of the research confirm the necessity of developing technological competencies necessary for geography teaching using modern applications of education technology, especially digital learning objects for students of general diploma or to keep pace with the latest developments and requirements.
