هناك تأكيد عام من الباحثين على فاعلية التقنيات الحديثة في خخفض مستوى صعوبات التعلم وحل العديد من مشكلاتها على اختلاف أنواعها وأسبابها ولكن مستوى تبني المؤسسات التعليمية لها أصبح هو محل الخلاف والنقاش وعليه هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام المعلمين للتقنيات الحديثة مع الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في المرحلة الإبتدائية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بتطبيق استبانة موجهة إلى عينة الدراسة التي بلغت 197 معلم ومعلمة من فئة صعوبات التعلم وتكونت الاستبانة من ثلاثة محاور لتحديد مستوى استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لحل مشكلات صعوبات التعلم ومعوقات الاستخدام والتبني وصولا إلى وجهة نظر المعلم ذاته في تلك التقنيات وأثرها في علاج صعوبات التعلم. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه فيما يتعلق بمستوى استخدام معلمي صعوبات التعلم بمكة المكرمة للتقنيات الحديثة في التعليم بدرجة كلية للمحور (3.3) بمتوسط حسابي (3.76) وانحراف معياري (0.96) تعبر عن مستوى موافقة كبيرة وجاءت استجابة العينة على فقرات المحور الثاني للتعرف على معوقات استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لدى معلمي صعوبات التعلم في مكة المكرمة بدرجة كلية للمحور (3.9) بمتوسط حسابي (2.73) وانحراف معياري (0.85) تعبر عن مستوى متوسط. There is a general emphasis from researchers on the effectiveness of modern technologies in reducing the level of learning difficulties and solving many of their problems of different types and causes, but the level of adoption by educational institutions has become the subject of controversy and discussion. Therefore, the study aimed to identify the reality of teachers’ use of modern technologies with students with learning difficulties The primary stage in Makkah Al Mukarramah region, and to achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used by applying a questionnaire directed to the study sample, which amounted to 197 male and female teachers from the category of learning difficulties. The same in those techniques and their impact on the treatment of learning difficulties. The results of the study concluded that with regard to the level of use of modern technologies by teachers of learning difficulties in Makkah, with a total degree of axis (3.3) with an arithmetic mean (3.76) and a standard deviation (0.96) that expresses a high level of approval. Modern techniques for teachers of learning difficulties in Makkah Al Mukarramah with a total score for the axis (3.9) with an arithmetic mean (2.73) and a standard deviation (0.85) that expresses an average level.
