هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى رصد الوضع الراهن للمشاركة الطلابية في إدارة مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في جمهورية مصر العربية وذلك من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين والطلاب، وذلك لوضع آليات مقترحة لتفعيل المشاركة الطلابية في إدارة هذه المدارس، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة موجهة لعينة قوامها (660) من المديرين والمعلمين والطلاب بالمدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظات الفيوم والقاهرة والمنيا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن غياب مفهوم المشاركة الطلابية في الإدارة المدرسية لدى الطلاب، وضعف اقتناع الإدارة والمعلمين لفكرة مشاركة الطلاب في عمليات الإدارة المدرسية، تعد من أبرز المعوقات التي تواجه تفعيل المشاركة الطلابية في إدارة المدارس الثانوية العامة في جمهورية مصر العربية، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة وجود تشريعات تنظم المشاركة الطلابية في إدارة المدارس وتضفي عليها الصبغة الشرعية، بحيث تتضمن مجالات المشاركة الطلابية، والمجالس التي يمكن للطلاب المشاركة فيها، واختصاصاتهم داخلها، والجهات التي يمكنها الإشراف على الطلاب ومتابعتهم. The current study aimed at monitoring the current situation of student participation in the management of general secondary schools in Egypt from the point of view of managers, teachers and students, in order to develop proposed mechanisms to activate student participation in the management of these schools. The Research adopted the descriptive design. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was prepared addressed to a sample of (340) managers and teachers, and a sample of (320) students in the governorates of Fayoum, Cairo and Minya. The study concluded that the absence of the concept of student participation in school management among students, and the lack of conviction of the administration and teachers of the idea of students’ participation in school management operations are some of the most important obstacles facing the activation of student participation in the management of public secondary schools in Egypt. The researcher recommended the need for the existence of legislations that regulate student participation in the management of secondary schools and legitimize them, so that it includes the areas of student participation, the councils in which students can participate and their specializations within them, and the bodies that can supervise and follow-up students.
