تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على احتياجات التكوينية لأساتذة الرياضة البدنية والرياضية في مرحلتي التعليم المتوسط والثانوي من الكفايات التي تتطلبها جودة تعليم هذه المادة، وهي دراسة ميدانية بمجموعة من الثانويات والمتوسطات المتواجدة على مستوى تراب ولاية المسيلة، وللوصول إلى تحقيق هذا الهدف عمد الباحثان إلى بناء استبيان تضمن ستة أبعاد. طبق على عينة من أساتذة الرياضة البدنية والرياضية وكانت تقديرات الأساتذة لحاجاتهم من الكفايات لتحقيق مرتبة كالتالي: في المرتبة الأولى التعليمي، ثم الإداري ثم البعد الاجتماعي، فيما رتب البعد العلمي في المرتبة الأخيرة، أما فيما يتعلق بالفروق، فكانت لصالح أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في البعد التربوي فقط دون ظهورها في الأبعاد الأخرى. The current study aims to identify the training needs of physical and sports education teachers in the intermediate and secondary education stages of the competencies required by the quality of education for this subject, and it is a field study with a set of secondary and intermediate levels present at the soil level of AlMessila state. In addition, to reach this goal the researcher's intent on building a questionnaire six dimensions included, It was applied to a sample of physical and athletic sports professors, and the professors estimates of their competency needs were arranged as follows: in the first educational level, then the administrative and then the social dimension, while the scientific dimension was ranked in the last rank, but with regard to differences, it was in favor of teachers of intermediate education in the educational dimension Only without appearing in other dimensions.
