هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي في جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بالإضافة إلى معرفة الفروق بين تقديراتهم تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس والرتبة العلمية وعدد سنوات الخبرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 491 عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي في جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد الدراسة نحو التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي في جامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل باختلاف متغيرات (الجنس، الرتبة العلمية، عدد سنوات الخبرة). The current study aimed to identify the challenges facing the application of academic accreditation standards at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University from the point of view of the faculty members, in addition to knowing the differences between their estimates according to gender, academic rank and number of years of experience, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, The study sample amounted to 491 faculty members at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University, and the study concluded that the challenges facing the application of academic accreditation standards at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University came to a medium degree, and there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study members towards the challenges that The application of academic accreditation standards at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University faces different variables (gender, academic rank, number of years of experience).
