استهدف البحث تحليل نظرية القيادة التحويلية وفقًا لأسس التأصيل الإسلامي، من أجل استنباط ملامح نظرية للقيادة التحويلية تتفق مناهجها مع الإسلام، ويمكن تطبيقها في الميدان التربوي .اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم في جمع المعلومات المصادر والمراجع المتعلقة بموضوعه، بالإضافة إلي المصادر الأصولية الرئيسية )القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية(. تم عرض نظرية القيادة التحويلية على أسس التأصيل الإسلامي للنظريات الإدارية، وتوصل البحث إلى ما يلي: 1) أقرها القرآن والسنة بمعناها ومبادئها وقيمها وأبعادها وممارساتها دون لفظها .2) أثبت وجود أصولها في الفكر الإداري الإسلامي. وقدم مؤشرات في عملية التأصيل الإسلامي للقيادة التحويلية بشكل عام .3) أضاف تحسينات علي أطرها التنظيرية، وأثبت تميز الإدراك الإسلامي لها عن الإدراك البشري. 4) راعي ضوابط سليمة لاستنباط جوانب معيارية موجهة لسلوك القائد التحويلي تًظهر تحقق مقاصد الشريعة .5) ضبط تطبيقها في المجال التربوي بأفضل نهج يحقق مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية. The research aimed to analyze the theory of transformational leadership according to the foundations of Islamic rooting, to devise theoretical features of transformational leadership whose curricula are consistent with Islam and can be applied in the educational field. The research adopted the descriptive analytical method and used in collecting information sources and references related to its subject, with the main fundamentalist sources (the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet). After presenting the transformational leadership theory on the foundations of Islamic rooting for administrative theories, the research reached the following: 1) The Qur'an and the Sunnah have endorsed it with its meanings, principles, values, foundations and foundations without its pronunciation. 2) Prove the existence of its origins in Islamic administrative thought. He presented indicators in the process of Islamic rooting for transformational leadership in general. 3) He added improvements to its theoretical frameworks and proved the distinction of Islamic perception from human perception. 4) Take into account sound controls to devise normative aspects of transformative behavior that show the fulfillment of the purposes of Sharia. He directed its application in the educational field with the best approach that achieves the purposes of Islamic Sharia. (Author's abstract)
