تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دوافع انضمام الطلاب للمشاركة الأعمال التطوعية، ومحاولة الكشف عن الأساليب العالمية لجذب الطلاب المتطوعين، والوقوف على أهم عناصر الجذب التي تؤثر على استدامتهم في العمل التطوعي، كما ستتناول الدراسة المشكلات التي تؤثر على عدم انجذاب الطلاب للأعمال التطوعية، وذلك من خلال دراسة استكشافية لاستطلاع رأي الطلاب والطالبات حول أساليب جذب الطلاب للأعمال التطوعية لعينة من الطلاب قوامها 118 استجابة، في مراحل عمرية، ودراسية مختلفة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستكشافي، كما تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات الميدانية على الاستبانة بشكل أساسي، والمقابلات الشخصية، والملاحظة المباشرة في أحيان أخرى. واستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي Statistical Package for Social Survey والمعروف اختصارًا ببرنامج SPSS في تحليل البيانات، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن نسبة 81% من الطلاب والطالبات لديهم دراية عن الأعمال التطوعية، أما الطلاب الذين لا يسمعون أو يدرون بالأعمال التطوعية في القطاعات المختلفة بلغت 19%، وعن الدوافع الرئيسية لانضمام الطلاب للأعمال التطوعية جاء في الترتيب الأول دافع اكتساب المهارات وبناء القدرات وزيادة الخبرات بمتوسط حسابي 4.77، أما نقاط الجذب جاء في الترتيب الأول الحوافز المعنوية من اهم نقاط الجذب للطلاب والطالبات بمتوسط حسابي 4.6، أما في مواضع وعناصر الجذب جاء في الترتيب الأول الأنشطة والبرامج والخدمات التي تقدمها القطاعات بمتوسط 4.30، وأخيرًا جاءت أبرز المشكلات متمثلة في الترتيب الأول عدم تقدير أهمية المتطوعين والجهود التي يقومون بها بمتوسط حسابي قيمته 4.23. This study seeks to identify the motives for students joining to participate in volunteer work, and to try to uncover global methods to attract volunteer students, and to identify the most important elements of attraction that affect their sustainability in volunteer work. The study will also address the problems that affect students' lack of attraction to volunteer work. During an exploratory study to survey male and female students 'opinions on the methods of attracting students to volunteer work for a sample of 118 students' responses. The researcher used the exploratory approach, and the field data collection was mainly based on the questionnaire, personal interviews, and direct observation at other times. And the use of the Statistical Package for Social Survey, known for short as SPSS, in analyzing data, and among the most prominent findings of the study is that 81% of male and female students are familiar with volunteer work, while students who do not hear or know about volunteer work in different sectors reached 19%, Regarding the main motives for students' joining the volunteer work, the motive for acquiring skills, building capabilities and increasing experiences came in the first order, with an average of 4.77. As for the points of attraction, it came in the first order.
