هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع توظيف تقنيات التعليم في التدريس من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة حفر الباطن، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة من (210) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية، وتوصلت الباحثات لعدة نتائج أبرزها: توظيف معلمات المرحلة الثانوية لتقنيات التعليم في التدريس بدرجة كبيرة جداً، حيث إن المتوسط الحسابي العام لاستجابات عينة الدراسة يساوي (4.22) وهو مؤشر على أن هناك استخداماً بدرجة (كبيرة جداً) لتقنيات التعليم وقيمة الانحراف المعياري للمتوسط الحسابي العام يساوي (0.946) وهو مؤشر على التجانس الكبير بين استجابات عينة الدراسة، وجاء المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات المعلمات بالمرحلة الثانوية ذوي التخصصات العلمية بلغ (4.18) بانحراف معياري (0.923)، أما بالنسبة للمتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات معلمات المرحلة الثانوية ذوي التخصصات النظرية بلغ (4.27). وتشير النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابة عينة الدراسة حسب التخصص العلمي، وأيضاً تشير النتائج إلى عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات إجابات عينة تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. This study aimed to identify the reality of the employment of teaching techniques in teaching from the point of view of secondary school teachers in The Province of Hafr Al-Batin, and the method was used descriptive analytical, and the tool was a questionnaire distributed to a sample of (210) secondary school teachers, and reached the researcher For several results, most notably: the employment of secondary school teachers for teaching techniques to a very large extent, as the general arithmetic average of the responses of the study sample is equal to (4.22), which is an indication that there is a (very large) use of education techniques and the value of deviation. The standard for the general arithmetic average is equal to (0.946), which is an indicator of the great homogeneity of the study sample responses, and the mathematical average of the responses of secondary school teachers with scientific disciplines was (4.18) with a standard deviation (923), as for The average calculation of the responses of secondary school teachers with theoretical disciplines was (4.27), and the results indicate that there are no statistically significant differences between the average response of the study sample by scientific specialization, and the results also indicate that there is no statistically d difference between the average sample answer scores attributable to the change in the number of years' Experience.
