هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية المختبر الافتراضي في ظل التعليم عن بُعد في تنمية مهارات الأداء المعملي في وحدة من مقرر الكيمياء لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في الصف الأول ثانوي، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه تجريبي، وتضمن مجتمع الدراسة جميع طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في المدينة المنورة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام 1442ه، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من طالبات الصف الأول ثانوي في الثانوية الثانية عشر في المدينة المنورة والبالغ عددهن (60) طالبة، اختيرت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية ووزعت إلى مجموعتين، المجموعة الأولى تكونت من (30) طالبة درسن بواسطة التعليم عن بُعد بتقنية المختبر الافتراضي والمجموعة الثانية تكونت من (30) طالبة درسن بواسطة التعليم عن بُعد بدون استخدام تقنية المختبر الافتراضي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة من اختبار المهارات المعملية ومقياس الأداء المهاري في المختبر الافتراضي من إعداد الباحثة وتم تطبيق الاختبار قبلي وبعدي على المجموعتين وطُبق مقياس الأداء المهاري للمجموعة التجريبية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مجموعة من العمليات الاحصائية التي شملت برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات واختبار (t) و معادلة ألفا كلاونباخ للثبات والانحرافات المعيارية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فاعلية استخدام تقنية المختبر الافتراضي في ظل التعليم عن بُعد في تنمية مهارات الأداء المعملي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وبناءً على هذه النتائج أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات ومنها ضرورة الاهتمام بتقنية المختبر الافتراضي وتوظيفه في العصر الحالي للتعليم عن بُعد لإكساب الطالبات المهارات اللازمة لتثير قدرتهن على الاعتماد بالنفس في التعلم. The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of the virtual laboratory under distance education in the development of laboratory performance skills in a unit of the chemistry course among high school students in the first grade secondary school, the study followed the semi-experimental curriculum, and included the study community of all high school students in Medina in the second semester of 1442 Ah, and the sample of the study consisted of the students of the first grade high school in the twelfth high school in Medina, which numbered (60) students, the sample was selected randomly and distributed into two groups, the first group consisted of (30) students studied by the technique of the virtual laboratory remotely and the second group consisted of (30) students studied in the method of distance education without the use of the virtual laboratory, and the study tools consisted of laboratory skills testing and skilled performance measure in the virtual laboratory prepared by the researcher and applied tribal and post test on the two groups and applied the skilled performance measure of the experimental group, and to achieve the objectives of the study a range of statistical processes were used including the statistical package program of science Social (SPSS) data analysis, testing (t) and alpha klonbach equation for stability and standard deviations, the results of the study showed the effectiveness of the use of virtual laboratory technology under distance education in the development of laboratory performance skills for the benefit of the experimental group, and based on these results recommended the researcher a number of recommendations and proposals, including the need to take care of virtual laboratory technology and use it under distance education to give students the skills needed to raise their ability to self-reliance in learning.
