هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين أساليب التفكير الشائعة وعلاقتها بالحصانة النفسية لدى العاملين في التوجيه والإرشاد بالكليات التقنية والصناعية بالمؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني. تكونت العينة من (80) مرشد بنسبة 26.67% من مجموع المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة والبالغ (300) مرشد موزعين على (60) كلية تقنية ومعهد صناعي. استخدم الباحثان مقياس أساليب التفكير الشائعة من إعداد هاريسون وبرميسون 1980 وتقنين الخزاعي وعزيز (2015)، ومقياس الحصانة النفسية من إعداد أولاه (2000) وترجمة زيدان (2013) وتقنين الباحثان. أسفرت النتائج عن أن أكثر أساليب التفكير شيوعاً لدى العينة هو أسلوب التفكير المثالي بنسبة 34%، يليه أسلوب التفكير التركيبي بنسبة 25%، ويليهما أسلوب التفكير الواقعي بنسبة 23%، ثم أسلوب التفكير العملي بنسبة 10%، ثم أسلوب التفكير التحليلي بنسبة 8%. كذلك أوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) بين درجات أسلوب التفكير العملي ودرجات مقياس الحصانة النفسية. وبيّنت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات جميع أساليب التفكير الشائعة والإرشاد كما يُعزى إلى الفئات العمرية، بينما اتضح وجود تأثير متوسط لفئات الخدمة الوظيفية على درجات أسلوب التفكير المثالي والواقعي لصالح الفئة الوظيفية 11 سنة فأكثر. The research aimed at identifying the relationship between the common thinking styles and its relationship Psychological Immunity among Workers in Guidance and Counseling in Technical Colleges and industrial institutes of the for the Technical and Vocational Training corporation. The sample consisted of (80) Counsellors. The researcher used the Common thinking styles Scale by Harrison & Bramson (1980) and was adapted to context by Al-Kuza and Azeez (2015). The researcher also used Psychological Immunity scaledeveloped by Olah (2000) and was adapted to context by Zedan (2013). The results showed that the most common thinking styles among the sample was the idealistic thinking style with a percentage of 34%, followed by the synthetic thinking style with 25%, followed by the realistic thinking style with 23%, then the practical thinking style with 10%, and then the analytical thinking style with 8%. The results also showed the existence of a direct, medium, statistically significant correlation at the level (0.05) between the degrees of the practical thinking style and the degrees of the psychological immunity scale. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the scores of all common thinking styles and counseling as attributed to the age groups, while it was clear that there was an average effect of the functional service categories on the scores of the ideal and realistic thinking style in favor of the occupational category 11 years and over.
