تناولت الدراسة التعليم الثانوي الصناعي والتعرض للفجوة بين متطلبات سوق العمل ونوعية الخريج، وبين الأهداف الخاصة وعدم مواءمتها لأهداف التنمية، وعدم توافر الأسس العلمية التي يتم على أساسها اختيار المهن التي تلائم قدرات الطلاب وقلة ارتباط التعليم الفني بسوق العمل، وندرة مساهمة المصانع والشركات. تناولت الدراسة تخصصات ومهارات التعليم الثانوي الصناعي بمصر، وسوق العمل المصري. وتبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي نظرا لطبيعة الدراسة الحالية، التي تنبع من تشخيص الواقع، وتحليله والعمل على تطويره. تناولت الدراسة عدة محاور: المحور الأول: ماهية المواءمة. المحور الثاني: السمات الجديدة لسوق العمل. المحور الثالث: متطلبات سوق العمل من المهارات. المحور الرابع: متطلبات سوق العمل المستقبلية من المهن وأعداد المشتغلين. وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: 1) المواءمة، طريقة أو آلية أو أسلوب، تساعد وتساهم في تحقيق اتزان سوق العمل وتحقيق أهداف النظم التي تتبنى تلك الآلية. 2) المواءمة تعني التقريب والتوافق لما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل التي تؤدي إلى التنمية الشاملة. ولا يوجد طريق صحيح واحد أو استراتيجية واحدة لتحقيق المواءمة. 3) القيم والمهارات التي يحتاجها سوق العمل لا يتم تدريسها في مدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي، وأن المناخ العام بالمدرسة لا يساعد على اكتساب هذه القيم والاتجاهات. 4) متطلبات سوق العمل الجديدة القدرة على الإبداع؛ التفكير التحليلي؛ التعلم النشط. 5) تتوقف درجة المواءمة بين تخصصات التعليم الثانوي الصناعي، وبين متطلبات سوق العمل على كفاءة النظام التعليمي؛ وقدرته على مواكبة مستجدات السوق. The study dealt with industrial secondary education and exposure to the gap between the requirements of the labor market and the quality of the graduate, and between special goals and their lack of alignment with development goals, the lack of scientific foundations on which to choose professions that suit students' abilities, the lack of linkage of technical education to the labor market, and the scarcity of the contribution of factories and companies. The study covered the specializations and skills of industrial secondary education in Egypt, and the Egyptian labor market. The study adopted the descriptive approach due to the nature of the current study, which stems from diagnosing reality, analyzing it and working to develop it. The study addressed several axes: The first axis: what is compatibility. The second axis: the new features of the labor market. The third axis: the labor market requirements of skills. The fourth axis: future labor market requirements of occupations and numbers of employed. The study yielded the following results: 1) Harmonization, a method, mechanism or method that helps and contributes to achieving labor market balance and achieving the goals of the systems that adopt that mechanism. 2) Harmonization means approximation and compatibility with what is commensurate with the requirements of the labor market that lead to comprehensive development. There is no single correct path or strategy for achieving harmonization. 3) The values and skills needed by the labor market are not taught in industrial secondary education schools, and the general atmosphere in the school does not help in acquiring these values and trends. 4) New labor market requirements, creativity; Analytical thinking; Active learning. 5) The degree of compatibility between industrial secondary education majors and labor market requirements depends on the efficiency of the educational system; And its ability to keep pace with market developments.
