هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الدور التربوي للشباب في ضوء التربية النبوية مستخدمة المنهج التاريخي الذي يتضمن الاستقراء والاستنباط، بتتبع واستقراء الأحاديث النبوية التي يُذكر فيها الشباب، وتحليلها واستنباط دورهم التربوي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، من أبرزها ما يأتي: أن من أبرز المهمات التي قام بها الشباب، إذ لا يستطيع أن يقوم بها أحدٌ غيرهم: مهمةَ حفظ الأمن والدفاع عن الدين والأوطان، حيث أوكل إليهم النبي مهمة قيادة الجيوش تارة، ومهمة الحراسة الشخصية له تارة ثانية، وتنفيذ العمليات الخاصة تارة أخرى؛ كاستطلاع أخبار العدو، وتنفيذ الاغتيالات لأخطر الأعداء المتربصين بالدولة. أسهم الشباب في النهضة الاقتصادية ومكافحة الفقر والبطالة، وتميّزوا في احتراف المهن والحرف والصناعات المختلفة، فكان منهم العالم والمعلم والطبيب والنجار والحداد والمزارع والتاجر الأمين.. إلخ. كان للشباب أثرٌ واضح في النهضة العلمية والفكرية والدعوية والتربوية في المجتمع الإسلامي الأول، فكان منهم النجباء الذين تصدروا للإفتاء والقضاء، وكان منهم الأذكياء من كتبة الوحي وحفاظ القرآن الذين نقلوه وعلموه الأجيال. The aim of this study was to identify the educational role of young people in the light of the prophetic Sunnah, using the historical method of deduction and induction. This was conducted by tracking, extrapolating and analyzing the hadiths in which young people are mentioned in order to identify their educational role. The study results revealed that the most conspicuous tasks that young people did, where no one else did, was the task of maintaining security and defending religion and homeland. The Prophet (PBUH) entrusted them with the task of commanding the armies at times, the task of personal protection and the conduct of special operations at other times, such as reconnoitering information about the enemy and, carrying out assassinations of the most dangerous enemies of the state. Young people had contributed to the economic development and the fight against poverty and unemployment, etc. They excelled in various professions, crafts and industries, including scholars, teachers, physicians, blacksmiths, farmers and honest traders, etc. They also had a clear influence on the renaissance of scientific, intellectual, dawah and educational efforts in the first Muslim society.
