هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام المديرات في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت لإستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر المعلمات، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيًا في استجابات العينة تبعًا لمتغيرات المؤهل التعليمي، والخبرة العملية، والمنطقة التعليمية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة التي اشتملت على خمسة محاور هي (التعاون، والتنافس، والتسوية، والتجنب، والتفاوض)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمات العاملات في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت وبلغ عددهن (7249) معلمة، بينما تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (366) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن محاور واقع إستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع التنظيمي في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت حصلت على درجات واقع (مرتفعة جدًا، ومرتفعة) بمتوسط حسابي تراوح ما بين (4,26- 4,08)، كما أن الدرجة الكلية للواقع حصلت على درجة انطباق مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (4,18)، وجاءت إستراتيجية التعاون في المرتبة الأولى، بينما جاءت إستراتيجية التسوية في المرتبة الأخيرة، كما توصلت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا في واقع إستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع التنظيمي في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت تبعًا لمتغيرات المؤهل التعليمي وسنوات الخبرة والمنطقة التعليمية في جميع المحاور وفي الدرجة الكلية. The study aimed at identifying the reality of the use of principals in kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait of organizational conflict management strategies from the point of view of the teachers, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences in the sample responses according to the variables of educational qualification, and practical experience, And the educational Region, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, and the study tool was the questionnaire, which included five axes (cooperation, competition, settlement, avoidance, and negotiation), and the study population consisted of working parameters In the institutions of kindergartens in the State of Kuwait, their number reached (7249) female teachers, while the study sample was represented by (366) female kindergarten teachers in the State of Kuwait, The results showed that the axes of the reality of organizational conflict management strategies In the kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait, reality scores were obtained (very high and high) with an arithmetic mean that ranged between (4.26-4.08), and the total degree of reality obtained a degree of applicability High with an arithmetic mean (4.18), and the cooperation strategy ranked first, while the settlement strategy ranked last, and the results concluded that there are no statistically significant differences in the reality of organizational conflict management strategies in kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait according to the qualification variables Education and years of experience And the educational Region in all areas and in the total degree.
