يعتبر تحقيق مؤشرات نوعية الحياة لدى العنصر البشري من العوامل التي لا غنى عنها في تقويم نجاعة المؤسسات على اختلاف تخصصاتها إذ تتوقف عليها جميع أوجه النشاطات المتعلقة بها، نظرا لارتباطها بالحالة النفسية للفرد التي تتطلب مستوى مقبولا من الارتياح النفسي والتوازن الانفعالي في شخصيته والذي يؤثر إيجابا على أدوار الفرد في الحياة الاجتماعية أو المهنية، وتعتبر نوعية الحياة داخل المنظمات حسب الدراسات الحديثة من أهم مصادر الرضا الوظيفي وعليه يمكن القول أن قدرة المؤسسات في تحقيق أهدافها إنما يتوقف على مدى توفير الراحة النفسية ونوعية الحياة بصفة عامة لدى أهم مدخلاتها الرئيسية ممثلة في عناصرها البشرية. ولأهمية الموضوع أردنا تسليط الضوء على واقع نوعية الحياة لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي على اعتبارهم أحد الموارد البشرية الهامة في النهوض بالمؤسسات التربوية التي ستساهم في تكوين إطارات الغد، وإيفاءا بأغراض الدراسة قمنا بتطبيق مقياس نوعية الحياة للمنظمة العالمية للصحة على عينة عشوائية قوامها 100 أستاذ وأستاذة يدرسون بثانويات ولاية مستغانم وسنحاول من خلالها الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: ما مستوى نوعية الحياة وأبعادها الفرعية (الجسمية، النفسية، البيئية، مستوى الاستقلال، العلاقات الاجتماعية، التدين) لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي؟ حيث بينت المعالجة الإحصائية أن الدرجة الكلية لنوعية الحياة وأبعادها ( الجسمي، البيئي، العلاقات، مستوى الاستقلالية) بمستوى متوسط، فيما بينت أن البعد النفسي والديني وبعد نوعية الحياة و الصحة العامة بمستوى مرتفع. Achieving indicators of the quality of life of human element is one of the indispensable factors in assessing the effectiveness of institutions on the different specialties depending on all aspects of the activities related to them because they are linked to the psychological (satisfaction) state of the individual which requires an acceptable level of psychological satisfaction and balance of separatist personality which affects positively on the roles of the individual in social life or professional .the quality of life with in organizations according to recent studies of the most important sources of professional we can therefore say that the ability of institutions to achieve. Their objectives depend on the (ability of) provision of psychological comfort and quality of life in general. The most important interventions are represented in the human element. The importance of the subject we wanted highlight the reality of the quality of life of secondary school teachers as on important human resources in the advancement in the educational institutions that will contribute to the formation of tomorrow frames and to meet the purposes of the study, we have applied the quality of life standard for the world health organization. Oms, according to the scale on a random sample of 300 teachers and teachers of the educational institution of the state of Mostaganem. In a random sample of 100 professors who teach in the secondary schools of Mostaganem. (Published abstract)
