The current study objectives are defined in the following: exploring the relationship between psychological withstanding in blind children and perceived emotional exoration of their mothers, showing the differences between blind and sighted children regarding their psychological withstanding, comparing between mothers of blind children and mothers of sighted children regarding the perceived emotional exoration. Concepts: psychological withstanding, emotional exoration, and the blind. Review of literatures: first, studies tackle with psychological withstanding in blind people. Second, studies tackle with emotional exoration among adults (mothers). The study uses the qualitative- correlative method. The study sample is divided into two samples as follows: the children sample: it consists of 100 male/ female blind children, selected purposely from Gharbia governorate's primary schools and divided equally into (50 males& 50 females). It consists also of 100 male/female sighted children divided equally into (50 males& 50 females). Second the mothers sample it consists of 100 mothers of blind children and sighted children selected purposely. Instruments: primary data form (by researcher), scale of psychological withstanding for children (by researcher), scale of perceived emotional exoration for mothers (by researcher), Asuit University non-verbal intelligence scale (by Taha El- Mestekawy, 2000), for evaluating intelligence of blind and sighted children, john raven progressive matrices (by Shaimaa Megahed, 2006), for evaluating mothers of blind and sighted children, and scale of the socio- economic cultural level (by Mohamed Safaan & Duaa Khatab, 2016). These following statistical approaches are to use for checking hypotheses' validity, Pearson coefficient correlation, T. non-parameter test, for differences among independent groups.
