هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة أثر المساندة على التنمر المدرسي لدى عينة من طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الطائف المملكة العربية السعودية في الفترة من بداية "ديسمبر 2020 إلى مارس 2021 " وبلغ حجم العينة (100) طالب وطالبه بواقع (50) من الذكور، (50) من الإناث بمدى عمرى (7 : 12) سنة وقد تم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصديه حتى يتسنى للباحثة مراعاة توافق العينتين من الذكور والإناث استخدمت المنهج الوصفي المقارن بين الذكور والاناث طبق عليهم مقياس للمساندة ومقياس للتنمر المدرسي وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية :1) توجد فروق بين ابعاد التنمر لصالح التنمر اللفظي على العينة ككل. 2) توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين المساندة والتنمر المدرسي أي كلما ذادت المساندة قل التنمر المدرسي. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكور والاناث على مقياس المساندة. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكور والاناث على مقياس التنمر المدرسي. 5) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في المساندة تبعاَ للمستوى الدراسي. 6) توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في التنمر المدرسي تبعا للمستوى الدراسي لصالح المستوى الاعلى. The present study aimed to know the impact of providing support against school bullying among a sample of elementary school students in Taif, Saudi Arabia in the period from the beginning of December 2020 to March 2021. The sample size was (100) male and female students; (50) males and (50) females, with age range of (7:12). The sample has been selected purposively so that the researcher can consider the conformity of both samples of males and females. The comparative descriptive approach was used, and two metrics of support and school bullying were applied. Upon data analysis, the results revealed that: 1) there are statistically significant differences between the bullying parameters in favor of verbal bullying on the whole sample. 2) There is an inverse correlation between providing support and school bullying, the more support, the less school bullying. 3) There are no statistically significant differences between males and females on the support metric. 4) There are no statistically significant differences between males and females on the school bullying metric. 5) There are no statistically significant differences on the support metric in terms of the academic level. 6) There are statistically significant differences on the school bullying metric in terms of the academic level in favor of the highest level.
