تضمن البحث خمسة فصول احتوى الفصل الأول على مقدمة البحث وأهميته ومشكلة البحث وأهدافه ومجالاته. وكذلك تعريف أهم المصطلحات الواردة في عنوانه .وتضمن الفصل الثاني الدراسات النظري إذ تطرق الباحث إلى التوافق المهني لدى الهيئات التعليمية والتدريسية وخصوصا مدرسي التربية الرياضية لدورهم المهم والفاعل في التقليل من حدوث التأثيرات السلبية النفسية. وتم التطرق القيادة الإدارية والذي يهتم بدراسة سلوك الفرد مع نفسه. وتضمن الفصل الثالث منهج البحث أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوب الارتباطات مع إعداد معادلات تنبؤية ناتجة عن قيم الإنحدار (قيد الدراسة). أما الفصل الرابع عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها التي توصل إليها الباحث. أما أهمية البحث إيجاد معادلة تنبؤية بمستوى تطور التوافق المهني لمدرسي التربية الرياضية بدلالة قيم مستوى القيادة الإدارية لمديري المدارس المتوسطة . The research included five chapters. The first chapter contains the introduction to the research, its importance, the problem of the research, its objectives and its fields. As well as the definition of the most important terms contained in the title. The second chapter includes theoretical studies where the researcher addressed the professional compatibility of educational and teaching bodies, especially teachers of physical education for their important role and effective in reducing the incidence of psychological negative effects. The administrative leadership, which deals with the behavior of the individual with himself, was discussed. The third chapter included the research methodology. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method in the method of correlation with the preparation of predictive equations resulting from the regression values (under study). Chapter 4 presents, analyzes and discusses the results. The importance of research is to find a predictive equation in the level of development of professional compatibility of teachers of physical education in terms of the values of the level of administrative leadership of middle school principals.
