هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإشراف التربوي في تفعيل مشاركة قائدات المدارس في تنفيذ المنهج من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس والمعلمات بمحافظة القويعية، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (162) قائدة و(2514) معلمة بمختلف المراحل الدراسية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (133) قائدة و(335) معلمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أنه من وجهة نظر قائدات المدارس والمعلمات فإنه يمكن للإشراف التربوي أن يلعب دورا في مشاركة قائدات المدارس في تنفيذ المنهج بدرجة ما بين كبيرة جدا (تهيئة البيئة المدرسية لتنفيذ المنهج)، وكبيرة (توضيح أهداف المنهج، تحسين تنفيذ أنشطة المنهج، تقويم الطالبات، التنمية المهنية للمعلمات). The study aimed to identify the role of educational supervision in activating sharing of school leaders in the implementation of the curriculum from the point of view of school leaders and teachers in the governorate of Quwaia. The study used the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool. The study population consisted of (162) leaders and (2514) teachers in different stages. The study sample consisted of (133) leaders and (335) teachers. The study reached a number of results, the most important of it from the point of view of school leaders and teachers, educational supervision can play a role in the sharing of school leaders in implementing the curriculum to a very high degree for (creating the school environment to implement the curriculum), high degree for(clarify curriculum objectives, improve implementation of curriculum activities, student assessment, professional development of teachers).
