هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن القيم التنظيمية لدى قادة مدارس محافظة الحجرة وعلاقتها بمستوى أدائهم الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وقد استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (320) معلما في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الحجرة خلال العام الدراسي 1439/1440هـ. واستخدام الباحث استبانة للدراسة مكونة من (30) فقرة موزعة على محور القيم التنظيمية والذي يشمل المجالات الآتية (فعالية الإدارة، المهام، العلاقات، البيئة) بالإضافة إلى محور الأداء الوظيفي ويضم (16) الفقرة. وتحتوي الاستبانة بشكل إجمالي على (46) فقرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى القيم التنظيمية في مدارس محافظة الحجرة جاءت بدرجة عالية. أظهرت نتائج تحليل التباين الأحادي عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى القيم التنظيمية في مدارس محافظة الحجرة تبعا لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية. كما أظهرت نتائج تحليل التباين الأحادي عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى القيم التنظيمية في مدارس محافظة الحجرة تبعا لمتغير الخبرة. بينما أظهرت نتائج اختبار (ت) وجود فروق ذات دلالة في مستوى القيم التنظيمية في مدارس محافظة الحجرة تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. لصالح ذوي المؤهل العلمي بكالوريوس فأقل. كما أظهرت نتائج تحليل معامل ارتباط بيرسون إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بمعنى كلما كانت القيم التنظيمية عالية كلما كان الأداء الوظيفي. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة فإن الباحث يوصي بما يلي: ضرورة زيادة جهود المدير في توفير البرامج التدريبية التي تساهم في تعزيز القيم التنظيمية. The study aimed to reveal the organizational values of the school leaders of Al-Hujra governorate and relationship on their performance from teachers' point of view. The researcher used the relational descriptive approach. The sample of the study was made up of (320) teachers in public schools in the al-hujra governorate. The study use questionnaire consists of (30) paragraphs distributed on the axis of organizational values, which includes the following areas (management effectiveness, functions, relationships, environment) in addition to the functional performance axis and includes (16) paragraph. The resolution contains a total of (46) paragraphs. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational values in the schools’ leaders of Al-Hujra governorate came to a high degree. The results of the single variation analysis showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational values in the classroom schools according to the educational stage variable. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational values of leaders of Al-Hujra governorate according to the experience variable. The results of the (t-test) showed that there were significant differences in the level of organizational values of leaders of al-hujra governorate according to the qualification variable. For the benefit of those with a bachelor's and lower education. The results of the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis also showed a statistically significant correlation between the areas of organizational values and the field of functional performance. In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends the following: the director's efforts should be increased in providing training programs that contribute to raising the level of teachers' performance.
