هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد معايير تعليم واختيار التراكيب النحوية في برامج تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخرى الدارسين في المستوى المبتدئ، وتحديد التراكيب النحوية المناسبة لهم، وتقديم تصور مقترح لبناء مقرر لتعليم التراكيب النحوية بناء على معايير علمية دقيقة تحقق الهدف الاتصالي للغة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وذلك لتحديد المعايير العلمية في تقديم التراكيب النحوية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، والتراكيب النحوية المناسبة لهم في المستوى المبتدئ، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتعليم التراكيب النحوية لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى الدارسين في المستوى المبتدئ، وقد توصل البحث إلى: عدد من المعايير العلمية التي يرى الباحث ضرورة الرجوع إليها عند تأليف مقرر لتعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخرى، وبناء على النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث قدَّم الباحث عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات. The purpose of this research is to determine the criteria for teaching and selecting the grammatical structures in the Arabic language teaching programs for speakers of other languages at the foundation level and specify the accurate grammatical structures for them. And to provide a proposed concept to build a course to teach the grammatical structures based on accurate scientific criteria to achieve the communicative goal of the language. To achieve the objectives of research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method; in order to determine the scientific standards in presenting grammatical structures to learners of Arabic language who speak other languages, and grammatical structures suitable for them in the foundation level and providing a proposed concept to teach the grammatical structures of Arabic language learners who speak other languages and study in the foundation level. The research has reached for a number of scientific criteria that the researcher considers necessary to refer to when writing a course to teach Arabic to other languages speakers, and according to the results the research achieve, the research has presented a number of recommendations and suggestion.
