هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة استخدام معلمات الموهوبات لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في التدريس والمعوقات التي تواجههن من وجهة نظرهن بمنطقة الباحة والفروق في تلك الدرجة تبعا لمتغيري المرحلة التعليمية وسنوات الخبرة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمناسبته لأهداف الدراسة. وتم استخدام مقياس (من تطوير الباحثة) لمعرفة وجهات نظر المعلمات حول درجة الاستخدام والمعوقات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) معلمة للموهوبات. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن استخدام معلمات الموهوبات لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في التدريس كانت بشكل عام مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.79). وقد كان أكثر استخدام للمعلمات لبرامج تكنولوجيا التعليم هو العروض التقديمية (PowerPoint)، بينما جاءت قواعد البيانات (Microsoft Access) في المرتبة الأخيرة. كذلك أظهرت النتائج أن درجة المعوقات التي تواجه معلمات الموهوبات في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في التدريس وكانت بشكل عام متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.18). وقد أشارت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات مقياس درجة استخدام معلمات الموهوبات لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في التدريس والمعوقات التي تواجههن من وجهة نظرهن بمنطقة الباحة تعزى للمرحلة التعليمية التي يدرسن بها المعلمات (متوسطة وثانوية) وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الدراسة توفير الأجهزة وبرامج تكنولوجيا التعليم بشكل أفضل في جميع المدارس وخصوصا تلك التي تحتوي على فصول موهوبين. The present study aimed to identify the degree to which gifted’ teachers use educational technology in teaching and the obstacles they face from their point of view in Al Baha area and the differences in that degree according to the variables of the educational stage and the years of experience. The survey descriptive approach was used to suit the study objectives. A scale (by the researcher) was used to determine the views of the teachers on the degree of use and obstacles. The study sample consisted of (40) gifted’ teachers. The results indicated that the degree of the use of educational technology in teaching was generally high with mean of (3.79). The most common use of programs for education technology was PowerPoint presentations, while Microsoft Access databases came in last. The results also showed that the degree of obstacles faced by gifted teachers in the use of educational technology in teaching was generally moderate with mean of (3.18). The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the means of the use of educational technology by teachers in teaching and the obstacles they face in the Baha area due to the educational stage (intermediate and secondary) and the years of experience. In the light of the results, the study recommends providing better equipment and educational technology programs in all schools, especially those with gifted classes. (Published abstract)
