هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة الأزمات بمدارس محافظة القنفذة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد تم استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية، كما تم أعداد استبانة وتطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (364) معلما بمدارس محافظة القنفذة، في العام الدراسي 1438/1439هـ. وكانت أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن توفر متطلبات إدارة الأزمات في مدارس محافظة القنفذة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.91) وانحراف معياري (0.77)، وجاء مجال المهارات القيادية في مقدمة المجالات المتحققة، يليه مجال نظام فعال للمعلومات والاتصال، ثم مجال فريق إدارة الأزمات، وأخيرا مجال خطة لإدارة الأزمات. وكشفت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥a) في تقديرات العينة نحو درجة توفر متطلبات إدارة الأزمات في مدارس محافظة القنفذة تعزى لاختلاف مكان العمل، وكانت الفروق في اتجاه معلمي المدارس الأهلية، ووجود فروق تعزى إلى متغير المرحلة التعليمية، وكانت الفروق في اتجاه المعلمين بالمرحلة الابتدائية والثانوية، ووجود فروق تعزى إلى متغير الخبرة في التعليم، وكانت الفروق في اتجاه المعلمين ذوي خبرة أقل من 10 سنوات. The aim of the research was to uncover the degree of availability of crisis management in Qunfudah governorate schools from teachers' point of view and to reveal the statistical differences significance of the answers of the sample members attributed to the variables of experience, educational stage, and scientific qualification. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher used the correlative descriptive method. A questionnaire was applied to a random stratified sample of 364 teachers in Qunfudah governorate schools in the academic year 1438H-1439H. One of the most important findings of the research is that the requirements of crisis management availability in Qunfudah governorate schools are medium. With average 2.91. The leadership skills are at the forefront of the fields achieved, followed by an effective information and communication system, then the crisis management team, and finally crisis management planning. The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) in the sample estimates to the crisis management requirements availability degree in Qunfudah governorate schools due to different workplaces. The differences were in favor of private school teachers. There were differences in favor of teachers at primary and secondary levels and differences due to the education experience variable in favor of teachers with less than 10 years’ experience.
