هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع إعداد معلمة التربية الأسرية في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، إضافة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لإعداد معلمة التربية الأسرية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (169) معلمة من مدارس مدينة حائل، طبقت عليهن استبانة مكونة من (14) فقرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنَّ المتوسط الحسابي لواقع إعداد معلمة التربية الأسرية بلغ (3.39)، وبنسبة مئوية (68%)، وقع في درجة موافقة متوسطة، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين استجابات معلمات التربية الأسرية لواقع إعدادهن تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ومتغير الخبرة في التعليم، وفي ضوء واقع إعداد معلمة التربية الأسرية، وبالرجوع إلى أدبيات الموضوع، واعتمادا على رؤية المملكة 2030، قامت الباحثة ببناء تصورا مقترحا لإعداد معلمة التربية الأسرية، وقد تضمن التصور المقترح المنطلقات، والأهداف، ومتطلبات تحقيقه، إضافة إلى خطوات تطبيقه، وقد أوصت الدراسة بوضع معايير لاختيار معلمات التربية الأسرية في ضوء متطلبات استراتيجيات التدريس ووفق متطلبات الفلسفة التربوية في المملكة والمرتبطة بعملية الإعداد، كما أوصت بتطوير أساليب التدريب والإعداد السائدة في مدارس المملكة بما يتوافق مع رؤية 2030. The study aimed to identify the reality of preparing a family education teacher in light of the 2030 Saudi Arabia vision, in addition to building a proposed conception for preparing a family education teacher, and the study used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (169) teachers from schools in the city of hail, on whom a questionnaire was applied. (14) paragraph, the study concluded that the arithmetic average of the reality of preparing the family education teacher was (3.39), and with a percentage (68%), it fell to a moderate degree, and the results showed that there were no differences between the responses of family education teachers to the reality of their preparation due to the scientific qualification variable and the experience variable in education, and in light of the reality of preparing a family education teacher, and by referring to the literature on the topic and depending on the vision 2030, the researcher constructed a proposed conception for the preparation of the family education teacher, and the proposed vision included the principles, objectives, and requirements for achieving it, in addition to the steps for its implementation. To set criteria for selecting family education teachers in light of the requirements of teaching strategies and in accordance with the requirements of the educational philosophy in the kingdom related to the preparation process, and also recommended the development of training and preparation methods prevailing in the kingdom's schools in line with vision 2030.
