استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى التهكّم التنظيمي لدى معلمات المدارس الأهلية في منطقة القصيم التعليمية من وجهة نظرهن، والكشف عن وجود فروق بين إجابات أفراد العينة تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة (المرحلة التعليمية، سنوات الخبرة). وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستعانة بالمقياس الذي أعده (Brandes, 1998) وقام بتطويره (Dean et al, 1998) أداة لجمع البيانات. ولقد تم تطبيقه على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 183 معلمة في المدارس الأهلية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى التهكّم التنظيمي لدى معلمات المدارس الأهلية في منطقة القصيم التعليمية من وجهة نظرهن جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأنه لا توجد فروق بين إجابات العينة تعزى إلى المرحلة التعليمية، سنوات الخبرة. The study aimed to identify the level of organizational cynicism among the teachers at private schools in the Qassim educational region from their point of view. And to inspect if there are any differences between the answers of the sample members due to the study variables (educational stage, years of experience). By using descriptive survey method. And using standard that create by (Brandes, 1998) and it has developed by (dean et al, 1998) as a tool for data collection. It was applied to a simple random sample of 183 female teachers in private schools. The results concluded that the degree of organizational cynicism among teachers at private schools in the Qassim region from their point of view reached an intermediate level, and there are no differences between the sample of responses attributed to the educational stage, years of experience.
