هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة فاعلية برنامج التربية العملية بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الشرقية من وجهة نظر الطلبة المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق في درجة فاعلية البرنامج وفقا لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص والمؤسسة المتخرج فيها الطلبة المعلمون، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها طبقت على عينة تكونت من 45 طالبا معلما وطالبة معلمة، في ربيع العام الأكاديمي 2019/2020م. وكشفت النتائج أن تقديرات الطلبة المعلمين لفاعلية البرنامج إجمالا كانت مرتفعة، حيث حققت متوسط 3.93، وجاء أعلى تقدير لمحور الرضا العام، بدرجة عالية جدا، وبمتوسط 4.44، وحققت بقية المحاور متوسطات تراوحت بين 4.09 و3.52، وهي درجة عالية من الفاعلية، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق بين الجنسين لصالح الذكور، وعن عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير التخصص، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤسسة التي تخرج منها الطلبة المعلمون. وأوصت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بالإجراءات التنفيذية لبرنامج التربية العملية، والتأكد من دقتها وشمولها لكافة الجوانب المتصلة بتنفيذ البرنامج، وأن يكون مشرف التربية العملية ذا خبرة تربوية ميدانية مناسبة. This study aimed to know the degree of effectiveness of the practicum program at the College of Arts and Humanities at A’sharqiyah University from the point of views of student teachers, and to reveal the differences in the degree of effectiveness of the program according to gender, specialization and the institution in which students studied their bachelor’s degrees. A questionnaire was used for the data collection. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assured. The study sample consisted of 45 male and female student teachers in the spring of the academic year 2019/2020. The results indicated that the effectiveness of overall program was high as the average mean was 3.93. The highest estimate of the overall satisfaction category came, with a very high average, with an average of 4.44, and the rest average of the categories was from 4.09 to 3.52, which shows a high degree of effectiveness. The results also indicated that was difference between male and female students which is in favor of males, whereas there is no difference attributable to the variables of specialization, and the institution from which the student teachers graduated. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity to pay attention to the executive procedures of the practicum program, and to ensure its accuracy and coverage of all aspects related to the implementation of it. It is also recommended that the practicum supervisor should have appropriate experience in the educational field. (Published abstract)
