The current research aimed at identifying the impact of a suggested training program on developing some of using virtual classrooms skills among faculty members at Shaqra University. For achieving this aim the researcher prepared the following: a training program has been prepared to develop faculty members skills on the use of virtual classrooms and measure its effectiveness in developing the skills of faculty members at Shaqra University Using: direct dialogue on the network, using the electronic whiteboard, using short tests and opinion polls, using asynchronous conferences, Results revealed the achievement of the research hypotheses and consequently the effectiveness of the suggested program in developing using virtual classrooms skills among faculty members at Shaqra University. The research recommended the necessity of holding Training programs for all faculty members and students at Shaqra University to train them to use the virtual classroom. (Published Abstract)
