This study aimed to determine the requirements of using e-learning in Yemeni Universities to face the Corona epidemic from the point of view of faculty members and students at Amran University. The researchers used the descriptive approach, and the tool was a questionnaire of (46) items, distributed electronically to a sample of (304) individuals, of whom (66) faculty members, and (238) male and female students, and the results of the study showed that all e-learning requirements obtained a high importance degree with an arithmetic average (4.16 out of 5). And at the domain level. The requirements related to the teaching staff ranked first with an average of (4.23), with a degree of importance (very high), followed by the requirements of the social and legal environment with an average of (4.20), And the third the requirements for equipment and programs with an average of (4.14). Finally, the requirements related to students with an Average of (4.05), And all of them rated the importance of (high). The results of the study also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) between the sample responses about the requirements of e-learning in Yemeni universities to encounter Corona epidemic, depending on the variables (type- college-degree-years of experience), While there were differences according to the educational level variable in the third domain only (equipment and programs); Between the two levels (the second and the third on the one hand, and the fourth on the other hand, and the difference in favor of (the second and the third), and based on the results, the researchers presented a set of recommendations, including; the need to develop a plan to provide the requirements of e-learning in Yemeni universities, the necessity to disburse the monthly salaries of the teaching staff regularly, and to propose complementary studies in the topic.
