هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توفر الكفايات التقنية الإلكترونية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية بـجامعة إب، وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي فيها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) عضو هيئة تدريس في كلية التربية بــجامعة إب، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحثان استبانة مكونة من (118) كفاية موزعة على ستة محاور أساسية هي كفايات: (المعرفة والثقافة التقنية الإلكترونية، واستخدام الأجهزة الإلكترونية، و استخدام شبكة الإنترنت ومواقع الويب الإلكترونية، و تصميم واستخدام برامج التصميم وتأليف المقررات الإلكترونية، واستخدام نظم إدارة التعلم الإلكترونية، وإدارة المقررات والمحتوى الإلكتروني). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توفر الكفايات التقنية الإلكترونية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية بـجامعة إب بشكل كلي كانت ضعيفة بمتوسط (1.44)، ووزن نسبي (47.95%). وأوصى الباحثان بالاستفادة من قائمة الكفايات التقنية الإلكترونية التي تم التوصل إليها، وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة إب والجامعات اليمنية لإكسابها الكفايات التقنية بشكل مستمر وفعال. The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of electronic technical competencies among the faculty members of the Faculty of Education at Ibb University, using the analytical descriptive method. The sample of the study consisted of (40) faculty members in the Faculty of Education, Ibb University. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (118) competencies divided into six basic areas: Electronic Technical Knowledge and Culture, Use of Electronic Devices, Use of Internet and Websites, Design and Use of Designing Programs and Writing Electronic Courses, Use of E-learning Management Systems, Course Management and Electronic Content. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of electronic technical competencies among faculty members at the Faculty of Education at Ibb University was totally weak with an average of (1.44) and a relative weight of (47.95%). The researchers recommended the need for benefiting from the list of electronic technical competencies reached in this study; and the faculty members of the Faculty of Education at Ibb University and other Yemeni universities should be equipped with technical competencies continuously and effectively.
