استهدف البحث الحالي تحديد فاعلية استراتيجية لعب الدور المدعوم بالأمثال الشعبية في تنمية كل من التحصيل، والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار، وبقاء أثر التعلم؛ ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي ذات التصميم شبه التجريبي، كما تم إعداد أدوات البحث المتمثلة في استبانة بالأمثال الشعبية لوحدة التجريب، واختبار تحصيلي، واختبار القدرة على اتخاذ القرار علاوة على أدوات المعالجة التجريبية المتمثلة في دليل المعلم، ودليل نشاط الطالب، وتمثلت عينة البحث في عدد من تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي بلغ (87) تلميذا وتلميذة بمدرستين تابعتين لإدارة السنبلاوين التعليمية بمحافظة الدقهلية، حيث تم تقسيمهم إلى (45) تلميذًا وتلميذة للمجموعة التجريبية، (42) تلميذا وتلميذة للمجموعة الضابطة، وأسفر البحث عن النتائج الآتية: 1) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0,05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي في كل مستوى من مستوياته وللاختبار ككل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0,05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار القدرة على اتخاذ القرار في كل مهارة من مهاراته وللاختبار ككل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 3) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0,05) بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق البعدي والمُرجأ للمجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار التحصيلي. 4) وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0,05) بين التحصيل الدراسي ومهارات القدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى تلاميذ الصف الأول الإعدادي في مادة العلوم. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The research aimed at determining the effectiveness of Role play strategy supported by popular proverbs in developing academic achievement, decision-making and retention. To achieve that, the experimental method with the quasi-experimental design was used, achievement test, and testing the ability to make decisions, these tools were applied on a sample of (87) students of the 1st grade of preparatory school pupils distributed into two schools of educational Sinblaween district at Daqahliya governorate, however, (45) pupils for the experimental group and (42) pupils for the control group. Research results showed the following: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post-application of the achievement test for the experimental group. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the test of decision – making skills for the experimental group. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the dimensional application and the deferred application in the academic achievement of the members of the experimental group. 4) There is a positive correlation at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the academic achievement and decision – making test of first grade preparatory students in science.
